Juicy and tasty, it's like roast pork neck or sparerib. The complementary pepper sauce for the meat is strong, a few drops is enough. A must-try dish in the central region of Portugal.
Their roast pork dish is served from the noon (approx. to 3:30pm) and they serve some other things like pork baps outside of those times. A small queue lined up by the locals should be expected during some peak hours.
A good place for a quick lunch in this clean, contemporary design restaurant, and to avoid some touristic spots. However, tables arrangement is shoulder-to-shoulder close, but it's reflected by a lower price they charge compare to other places.

A Brazilian lady finished her meal here with her husband and told us this shop is wonderful and worth to wait. She is right! The roasted pig skin is crispy and the meat is tender.
