Very cute little cafe on a corner in Lagos old town. The old town itself is super nice place to stroll around, buskers strumming away, statues (naked dismembered ladies?), fountains, decorative tile everywhere. Cafe has very tiny chairs/tables but lots of them, outdoors on pedestrian street, or in cute small inside area. Pasteis pretty good (but not great), 1.8E each, not cheap. Cinnamon sprinkle cup is a nice touch. Coffee "meio laite" 2E, not great either, small, cool, in tiny hard to grab cup, nothing special for that price. Can do better for 2E.

Read moreLove this place! We were looking for a good breakfast spot, and the other option we had tagged was overrun by digital nomads and too busy to sit and have a quiet meal so we went back to this one and ordered the toasties (vegetarian tomato cheese and rocket) and the salmon toastie.
Super good and huge! They came out on giant sliced white bread with a good coating of butter and cheese oozing out!
Also a great place to try the pasteis de Nara, the famous custard tart!
Smart business too, they offered lots of little local sardines, salts and dried fruit so you can buy some authentic souvenirs to take home with you!
