Chichi papa indian and nepali restaurant and shisha bar — Restaurant in Lisbon

Today I had ordered chicken chilli momo and lassi juices after 15 minutes she had brought me chicken chilli not momo but still i was waiting for my lassi juice but nothing was bring me and even didn’t apologize( both girls was wearing white shirt and black T shirt they were even not smiling and not saying sorry because i was Nepalese and they were from Nepal as well.after 20/25 minutes black t shirt girl brought me momo and lassi even not saying anything. They spoiled my dinner with friends. So i would not recommend chichi papa martimoniz Lisbon. Best is love lisbon. My friend ordered fry chicken rice and chicken stem momo which was very bad and he just ate 3 pcs and I tried 1 omg momo was very bad not testy. So I would recommend to grill and chilli not chichi papa.

Sorry i edited the review after owner replied!. First of all it was already late service and could you ask your staff please what time they had brought me lassi? Second: could you ask she had apologized for the inconvenience my order? Third: I understand it might be misunderstanding but I when I returned chicken chilli she should be tell me but she wasn’t. Staffs are not engaged and I didn’t feel the personalized service. It doesn’t matter how much we are paying, we are not paying only food specially their great service which was zero. I feel like come, eat, pay and you go service 🙏 As an owner said momo was best but sorry to say that my friend didn’t eat steam momo because of test-less. May be your staff saw it on the plate.

Thanks Staff are the good but Hope staff will get more training and coaching for the best service to the customers.

I am not a person to put down anyone’s effort (for that reason I am leaving 5 instead of 1* ), But I want to concern the team of this restaurant for some kind of improvements . Back then 2 years ago I ended up going to this restaurant because of some bad experiences but on a recommendation of our friend we got there yesterday evening and left with the same dissatisfaction as like before.

Before I write I read some other comments and replies , it’s shocking how the replies are given 🙂

I am reviewing in my order prawn curry and naan ,(salty, portion , spices , teste , timing) everything was 1/5 which was completely opposite of my expectations and overall experience.

Things can be way much better than we experienced, food wasn’t good as it supposed to be , and for the side dish please provide well enough in the time of deliver food so that we don’t need to wait and ask again for the same thing .

About Waitresses , they know their job , they’re very good at...

I normally try not to do negative comments to businesses but I had to write sth here for the better improvements . Before you serve make sure table is clean or put a napkins so that we can put down our cutlery in the table , when you deliver food make sure side ingredients is enough to the relative food so that we don’t need to ask twice or thrice for the same thing . (Paani for panipuri/ sauce for momos ) Had very bad experience with my order #prawn_curry Never had this bad dish . Please change the way you make it or taste it before you deliver. Was extremely salty and it was opposite of our expectations, when we ask if they can do anything to that, they took back and bring it back in some minute with no changes 😅funny, during that time our #Naan was already cool 😟not very impressed by the food though.
