This is such a gold mine I have to say I'm so glad that I happened to stumble on this place I realized that it probably is a chain cuz I stole a couple of them scattered throughout this one but I will tell you their food is amazing it's so good and it's inexpensive. They have combo meals that you can have for less than 5 year olds which is amazing but again The taste is so good. You have the famous Portuguese custard their own recipe you want to get it nice and warm and then put pour some cinnamon on top with along with some espresso or cappuccino which I have to say is just amazingly good. I've also tried their sandwiches no complaints they are so delicious I actually took some to go and they have their homemade soups one of those soups that I had that was so good was their carrot soup I didn't even bother with the spoon I just literally just drank it from the bowl since I took it to go again we'll recommend this place there's so much to choose from the sangria the wine there also inexpensive and so good so if you're looking to save some euros I would seriously say you may want to consider this place for breakfast for lunch cuz it is a great find.

I recently visited Fábrica da Nata in Lisbon, and I was absolutely blown away by the quality of their pastries! From the moment you walk in, you can tell that a lot of care has gone into creating an inviting space - the decorations are beautiful, the seating is comfortable, and the staff makes you feel welcome. The menu selection is vast and varied, and they offer a wide variety of both savory and sweet options. My favorite part of my visit was watching the pastries being crafted right before my eyes - it was fascinating to see how quickly they flew through the restaurant to dry. The pastries themselves were simply delicious - so light, fluffy and full of flavor. I especially enjoyed the classic Portuguese custard tart (pastel de nata) - it had a perfect flaky pastry crust filled with creamy custard that had been lightly dusted with cinnamon. Everything tasted fresh and handmade. The prices are also very reasonable considering the quality and quantity of food that you get for your money. Overall I would highly recommend Fábrica da Nata in Lisbon - from their lovely atmosphere to their amazing pastries, this place is definitely worth a visit!

Fábrica da Nata is a charming coffee shop that specializes in crafting the perfect pastel de nata. The moment you step in, the aroma of freshly baked pastries fills the air, creating an inviting atmosphere. The pastel de nata here is nothing short of exceptional – a perfect balance of flaky crust and creamy custard, each bite is a delightful experience. The ambiance is cozy, with a touch of Portuguese warmth that adds to the overall charm. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to guide you through the menu and recommend the perfect pairing for your pastel de nata. Pair your pastry with a well-brewed coffee or try their signature espresso for a truly indulgent experience. The attention to detail in both the pastries and the beverages makes Fábrica da Nata a must-visit for any pastry enthusiast. Whether you're a local looking for a sweet escape or a visitor eager to taste an authentic pastel de nata, Fábrica da Nata is the place to be. It's a delightful spot where tradition meets exceptional craftsmanship, leaving you with a lasting appreciation for the art of pastry-making.

I had my first Pastel de Nata here on the first day of reaching Lisbon and I knew the next days of my holidays are going to be spent on eating these little pieces of joy every chance I get. Regarding this place, the best thing is that you get the freshest of the pastels and you can see the artists work live making these delicious addictions. For me the pastels were just the right amount of sweet and warm. The place is amazing with lot of sitting space. It is not as crazy busy as the Belem but still has lot of crowd coming in but one can find space to sit much more quickly. you can get different coffee and wine selections (including quality Port wines). They are proud of their history and it is written all over the interior decors. Really good place.

Great place for your breakfast. They have good combo deals (max 5 euros) with pastry, coffee/fresh orange juice and a sandwich. The pastries are constantly freshly made and are still a bit warm on the inside when you buy them which gives an extra dimension to this delicious food. The sandwiches are mostly with ham or chicken but can be made vegetarian if you ask for it. Pastry on its own is 1 euro and can also be bought and put in special boxes to take as souvenir for your friends. You can see the pastries being prepared right in front of you which gives an authentic bakery feel to the place. There is also a nice automatic moving cooling pastry tray chain at the ceiling, it is probably fake but it looks very nice.

So as the google shows its good place to go, i had to come and try Pastel de nata, as i tried many since im in Portugal. Well, i have to mention, that i had better, also the coffee is not the best. Typical touristic place, many touristic guides coming with they tours. We chose to sit outside, as it wasn’t so crowded, like inside. We’ve got attacked by pigeons and also some homeless man came to ask for a money, later on another lady. (Lovely time to enjoy your coffee, i might enjoy those few minutes on the toilet more with listening to Fado). As i read some reviews here and people were complaining about service - there is a kiosk for preorder, so you don’t get in contact with waiters. Disappointed.
