If I could give zero stars, i would! In the last 2 years of pandemic I had over a dozen nasal swap tests...none had EVER hurt this much. The person doing the test does not need to shove the swap 5 cm into your nose!!! The nose swap was pushed extremely far back - past where the nose canal narrows. This was extremely painful and unnecessary. Every COVID test specifies to swap when you feel pressure/canal narrowing - not to keep pushing the swap ANOTHER 1-2cm past that point. I stated my concern to the technician, but she proceeded with the second nostril AND held my head to force the swap deep into my nose. My husband had the same experience. We were there last week to do the Covid- 19 antigentest - the test, we knew, we needed for our journey to Germany. The assistant told us that the tests would be valid for the flight. We asked especially If a certificate from the pharmacy is valid. On the Airport they told us in the Check-in that this is NOT accepted for travelling. That was very uncomfortable - fortunaly there is a Test Center in the Airport and we were there in time. If you don't know the policies - No problem, then just tell you...

Permito-me expressar a minha profunda consternação após a minha visita recente à vossa farmácia. Neste sábado de manhã, o meu olho assemelhava-se a uma tomate em chamas devido a uma conjuntivite, e eu esperava encontrar algum alívio num simples colírio que utilizo regularmente, o Clorocyl.

Para minha surpresa, uma jovem farmacêutica, aparentemente desprovida de bom senso, recusou-se categoricamente a fornecer-me o colírio sem uma ordem médica. Sinceramente, é assim que a vossa farmácia trata clientes em situações de aflição?! Em todas as outras farmácias, nunca me foi solicitada uma prescrição para um colírio tão comum em circunstâncias semelhantes.

Não apenas essa farmacêutica demonstrou uma compreensão básica deficiente da sua profissão, mas toda a equipa parece ter sido diplomada na escola da antipatia. O sorriso e a cortesia parecem ser habilidades desconhecidas para eles. Parecia que estava a lidar com a administração portuguesa, numa busca desesperada por documentos em falta em vez de resolver um problema evidente.

Devo acrescentar que, ao procurar noutra farmácia nas proximidades, obtive o colírio desejado sem qualquer exigência de receita médica. Este contraste sublinha a vossa farmácia como um centro de burocratas médicos desprovidos de compaixão.

Espero sinceramente que esta mensagem desperte um mínimo de profissionalismo na vossa farmácia. Os clientes merecem mais do que uma abordagem burocrática e insensível. A vossa farmácia não merece...
