Customer Service (or lack thereof): Obnoxiously loud music to start brunch with an narcissistic manager who controls the volume and music choice and is more concerned of his music volume than the guests and restaurant customer service basics are to service the guests not selfish manager-you could not hear anyone right next to you because of the music.

The food is inconsistent and don’t match advertising of pictures as the meat is smaller.

The whole overall experience was awful as it’s not about the customer concern or service here it’s about how loud the narcissist manager and staff play their music. Oh I almost forgot that you get second cigarette smoke even though you are inside because the manager (again) smokes right in front of the door and the toxic second hand cigarette smoke goes into the dining area which it’s 2023 and there is no concern again for the paying customers who keep you in business or perhaps should not go to your obnoxiously loud stinky taste music and poisonous cigarette smoke along with the falsely advertised food in my personal experience. Food was great, the waitress was charming and overall service was good. However when we received the bill there was a drink that we had not consumed. Mistakes happen but what concerned me was that when I went inside to query it, the manager did not even ask me to identify the item in question and all to readily agreed to take it off the bill saying something along the lines of “sorry I forgot to have that removed”. So I was wondering how she was so aware of what the “error” was. So that happened and when back at my table I noticed the young couple sitting next to me looking concerned about their bill. I asked them if there was something extra on their bill and they said yes but then said “what can we do? I encouraged them to advise the manager of the “error”. This is a great place to go if you are looking for somewhere to go with your friends. They have these cute booths that fit like 6 people and let you have an amazing experience. The food was really good. I would definitely recommend booking the restaurant through TheFork if you want to get your money’s worth. Of course the main focus of the food is usually the meat but we also really enjoyed the desserts and the potato peel chips. The rosé sangria was really good also and I would recommend choosing that one. Also cannot forget the staff which were amazing and kind to us. Only criticism I have to give is about the bathroom door which has a gap on the side and definitely makes your loo experience an interesting...
