I visited there in November of 2023. I and a friend had dinner there with the unlimited portion of sushi variety. For dinner, one beer, and too soft drinks it was slightly less than €60 . Okay. Having said that, the food was reasonably decent. The tall Portuguese born Chinese guy was very attentive and nice. When I asked a large bosomed young waitress for more wasabi, she bluntly and quite nastily told me "no more wasabi until the next course!" EVIL! Only when I went up to the counter where the sushi was being prepared and asked for it was I given it. Avoid that waitress!! Otherwise the food was reasonably good. I had just spent two weeks in Spain and found the sushi and sashimi there to be quite dreadful. It was much better in this restaurant. It's a little expensive here, but it was okay. I would probably go again. Be aware of strange hours. They close at 3:00 p.m. and do not reopen until 7:30. Just remember to avoid that evil woman waitress. I've got your wasabi...
Read moreI highly recommend this sushi restaurant if you are nearby! The first thing I noticed was the modern and chic interior design. The service was a 5/5. Not only did they ask us where to sit but they were so kind in general. As a sushi lover, the all-you-can-eat option was the best decision ever! You pay 19€ during the day and 22€ in the evening. It was PHENOMENAL! Very tasty and the offer includes a soup, spring rolls, Wan Tans, a fried sushi plate and a huge sushi plate with all other sorts. If you are still hungry after all that, you can - as the menu says - eat and order as much as you like. You can also eat a la cart if that is more of an option to you. Dessert was delicious as well. One last thing I forgot to mention but is very important in my opinion: They also asked us what type of sushi we prefer & what we do not like, so the can prepare everything the way we like it....
Read moreA very bad experience overall, mostly because of the product, the food is not nice. The best part was the waitress Agata that had made this experience better.
Main topics for the low rating: The fish wasn’t well prepared and could be fresher All sushi had a lot of sauce on it, trying to hide the flavor of the ingredients (hiding with either sugar or pepper) The shoyu didn’t have taste and it seemed watered down The 7€ cup of sake tasted like cooking sake rather then the drinking one Although I did not see any Portuguese working they learnt well to present the cooked dishes at room temperature at best (why do they sell fried sushi’s, vegetable rolls and chamuças (an Indian dish) cold?) The rice looked like a mashed rice rather than a nice sushi rice at room temperature with its unique texture
Nori in the temakis were the only...
