La Provinciana is an absolute gem! This charming, family-owned spot is exactly the kind of place you dream of stumbling upon while traveling—authentic, welcoming, and packed with flavor. We visited as part of a food and wine tour, and it ended up being one of our favorite stops.
The standout? The pork sandwich. Perfectly seasoned, tender, and tucked into crusty bread—it was simple, honest food done incredibly well. You can tell the kitchen is run with heart and tradition, and every bite reflects that.
