I would like to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment with the mistreatment and lack of reception I have recently encountered. I was expecting a satisfactory experience and kind treatment, but unfortunately that did not happen.
While I was at your place/organization, there were some circumstances that made me feel uncomfortable and upset. I was not given the necessary attention and was not received the way anyone would expect. There was disregard and indifference to my requests and needs, which negatively affected my experience and caused me frustration.
I would like to remind you that good customer reception and treatment are two important components of the customer experience. When excellent service and courteous treatment are provided, the customer feels comfortable, cared for, and feels that his or her value is visible. Unfortunately, I did not feel that way while I was at your organization.
I know that things can sometimes be complicated and that there are factors that may affect the quality of service provided. But I hope you take into consideration the importance of dealing well with customers and ensuring their satisfaction.

Read moreI had an extremely disturbing experience at this restaurant. I paid for a drink that was never served, and when I decided to leave peacefully, I was physically pushed at the door by a staff member. This caused me to trip and hit my head on the ground. I was left dazed and disoriented for about 30 minutes with no help or concern from the staff.
This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable. No customer should ever feel unsafe or be treated with such disregard. I strongly urge management to review their staff conduct and prioritize customer safety. I will be reporting this incident to the appropriate consumer authorities.

Read moreWorked in hospitality for years. Bar man uses a glass unpolished. We ask for another and he tells us they will all be the same as they are stained when they come out of the washer… yes, this is why you polish them.
He poured the ‘not so cold’ wine into the stained glass, and that was it.
Honestly, people come to Porto to drink wine… and there most dishwashers on the market will leave stains.
Polish your glasses, should be standard practice as you are a bar.
