‘The best restaurant in Porto’, trust me. I and my girlfriend visited here and had seafood rice and francesinha. We enjoyed the every piece of food and agreed that we found out the best restaurant here in Porto. When the person asks you at the door if you're coming in to have something to eat and otherwise you are not permitted, that is as unwelcoming as it gets. I just asked if they were showing the soccer game.
