I like this pub, this microbrewery, its location is excellent, just behind the presidential palace (joint with a nice hotel Loft) and I like their garden! The beer is fine (I am not the best beer connoisseur) and the food is tasty, I have some favorites dishes. However, what took me by huge negative surprise and extreme disappointment yesterday is that relatively young waitress Hatal***ova who served us, gave a bill where she overcharged us by 3 extra beers (type which we did not even order)! At paying I raised my surprise re the amount, I found the bill to be high for what we ordered, her response was that this was normal, it came like that. I did not want to check the bill in front of my foreign guest, so I checked the bill when we left the restaurant and I found out it was incorrect. So I returned back to ask for the correction and I was expecting her to behave humbly and to apologize, she only said, it is human to make mistakes(!!) Of course it is human to make mistakes (maybe when we gonna have robotic AI waiters it will no longer happen;-)) but when this occurs I would expect to apologize honestly and humbly to the customer and not to behave like nothing happened, it is normal.. I got my money back, but I have to say I was shocked and taken by her behavior and I think this waitress should be ashamed of herself for not being professional & honest (I used to waitress as a student, so I know how the bills are prepared in big pubs, all the orders are always registered by table), so normally such a (human;)) mistake should not happen. Be careful!
