FABRIKA the beer pub is a microbrewery located near the center of Bratislava in the LOFT HOTEL. There're five types of beer from FABRIKA brewery, tap tank Pilsner Urquell, and a large selection of strong alcohol. The menu presents dishes of national and international cuisine. The food is not bad, but you shouldn't expect special frills, the price tag is above average. The brewery consists of a rather spacious hall and a large summer veranda, however, in the evenings it is full of people, and if you come with a group, there may be problems finding a table. The brewery itself is separated from the hall by a transparent wall, so if you wish, you can get acquainted with the technological side of beer brewing without stopping the use of foamy drinks. The staff speaks English and Slovak

We came back after I think 7 years and were curious what has changed. Well, a lot :-) We made a reservation and were very happy about it as the place was full at 7, our reservation was at 6,00. The service is amazing, the food was good, one star goes down for missing dark beer which I love the most and thats why we were not also able to order the beer tasting which was honestly a decisive factor when choosing where to go. Meals were very rich, tasty and sometimes too much so we asked for doggy pack and was not even an issue. Also the waiting time in between appetizer and main course was like 35 minutes which is way too much. We will be back to see if this has improved, otherwise keep the great job!

This is a great place! A large, modern high-end brewpub/restaurant (possibly connected to the hotel next door). By U.K. standards the prices are very reasonable. The staff were courteous and competent. I enjoyed the two beers I tried. I had intended to have the burger after other reviews (and pictures) but something drew me to the creamy lentil and pulled pork soup. I’m so glad I did, head having told heart that good burgers are available anywhere these days. Rich, warming, smokey, delicious; a truly unctuous delight after the walk up to the Soviet War Memorial nearby, which I also recommend. All being near the station, it provides an excellent start to a break in Bratislava.

I recommend visiting "PUB" on foot. Finding a parking place in the neighborhood is a problem. The offer includes original beer from our own craft brewery and I guarantee you that you will not leave after one beer. It is a completely different league than the usual "eurobeer". Great service, great atmosphere, great beer (I had a light lager) ... I don't even know why it's called a pub, it's a pretty fancy place. I recommend the classic burger even though the menu is varied. The very cozy summer terrace is a bit noisy, but it is a pub after all.

Very nice atmosphere with a rustic/industrial feel which is done really well! The waiter we had was fantastic, being a foreigner we were worried but he had great English and was super polite! Great fish and chips, plenty of fish and the French fries were delicious. Fried cheese is a perfect meal to split between two people. The beer was pretty bitter but the flavor was fantastic, if I remember I’m pretty sure it was the stout 16! Highly recommend!! Normal food prices and cheap in house brewed beer!

Nice beer, good service and food. Trendy place. Place was great. It is tucked away in an old part of the town. It is off of the busy street, but the outdoor beer garden seems like a peaceful oasis away from the noise. The beers are the best we have had here in Slovakia. They have a small menu that features burgers and other pub fare. Sides such as fries will feed the table. The burgers were delicious. I highly recommend this place. It has a chill vibe. Also, they have ample parking.
