This was a horrible restaurant experience, a textbook example of lousy service. It started with the restaurant giving our food to other guests without notifying us of the delay or any wrongdoing. Only when we asked more than 1 hour after ordering did the person who seemed to be the manager come and say that the ones in the kitchen were new and then ran away. We had to speak up because everyone who came after us got their food first. Unclear if they knew about the error before we spoke up. Things seemed to be very unorganised which indicated serious incompetence. Things we asked for like tissues took a long time to get. In the end we waited for over 1:30 hours for food, even after we told them, their time estimate was incorrect. We didn't even get all the food we ordered and had to speak up again.

The guests that got our food left because they didnt want to wait one more hour for their correct food.

We were not offered any compensation or apology after sitting there with two very hungry children. No information was provided. Had we known, we would have left, but they said it would only take 5 minutes to get the food after we spoke up, which it didn't. Only when I asked for compensation did they apologize. Nowhere before that did they offer us any kind of compensation or apology for the errors, not even more drinks. Ours had long run out due to the delay.

When I asked for compensation, they gave us 3 euros on a bill of about 50 euros, when I asked if it was a joke, she gave us 6 euros. First when i was paying did they actually apologise for real. I also checked the receipt as I did not trust the staff and saw that they had added items to our bill that we did not order, which I would call fraud. However, we did get a refund for those items after I spoke up, what would have happened if I hadn't?

In short avoid!! Lousy service, incompetence, incredibly long waiting time for food and no offered compensation or apology when things go wrong, and you have to ask for it yourself. Also, they tried to charge me for things I didn't order or receive.

Maybe the staff was new, in that case avoid as all previous reviews should be considered null and void. This place should have 1,5* now due to the staff not 4,6*.

The food is not good, the only spice that they use is red chilli which overtakes the taste of the entire dish. We had ordered Dal Makhani and Kadai Paneer, Onion Kulcha and Butter Naan. The bread was decent, but the Dal and Paneer were not good.. Who puts Chana dal in Dal Makhani.. I missed the Makhani in the Dal as well. The Paneer taste was very different and not at all to our liking... Paneer Tikka was not cooked properly as we could taste the marination.. They serve literal lemon water... While ordering Nimbu Paani, we were not informed that we will have only lemon in it.. being an Indian Restaurant it is obvious how Nimbu Paani is made.. and was only told that there is no salt or sugar in drink when it was served.. we requested to make it properly which was done after 15-20mins... Being Easter the restaurant was fully booked.. but that should not be the reason to take so much time to serve drinks.. We didn't even bother to discuss the taste of the food, as we were very tired and hungry.. so we just had some food to fill our stomachs and leave early as the ventilation inside was also not good. The toilet was also pathetic and not at all maintained that day.

Overall a very poor experience... Will not recommend...

The service was outstanding — friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. The staff went out of their way to accommodate dietary preferences and spice levels.
