Pizzeria Bella Napoli — Restaurant in Bratislava

Disgraceful service, stay away from the place.

Me, my girlfriend and her brother visited this restaurant during our one-day stay in Bratislava. We ordered one pizza - we always do so in the places we explore, so that 1. based on the first pizza we decide if we like the food and order more 2. we do not eat cold pizza. Also, it was 400 - 500g according to menu, so surely not a dish for a single person.

The waiter was visibly angry at this order. He threw one plate and one set of cutlery on the table without saying a word. When I asked him if he could provide enough plates for the three of us, he said: "ONE PIZZA, ONE PLATE" and left.

Food is not only about the taste, but also about the ceremony of eating - if the waiter / owner / whoever it was is a cheap boor who disrespects the customers, the recommendation can be only: DO NOT...

We are tourists from Dubai and we had lunch at this place in the heart of the city center. We loved the atmosphere and decided to dine in the outside area. The food was extremely good. It was a 5☆ for me, but unfortunately, the service was quite lacking. We asked for the bestseller options but the waiter said all pizza option is good, he doesn't eat pasta and he does not drink wine since alcoholic beverage is bad for the health - made us feel bad for ordering a beer. Ended up selecting what we know from the menu.

All in all, FOOD was outstanding! We truly loved the perfect amount of flavour on my carbonara and serving was very generous. The Pepperoni Pizza was extremely delicious, I would've packed it and bring it to Dubai. We'll definitely recommend this place with few...

Nejedlá, hnusná, odporná, niečo neskutočne hnusné. Dnes som si tam so ženou objednal pizzu Diavola. Je to prvé (ne)jedlo ktoré som nezaplatil. Nie som nijako náročný, no toto sa naozaj nedalo. To že na prvý pohľad dostanete cesto na ktorom je roztečený syr, sem tam saláma, jeden kúsok asi šunky, rozpľasnutá jedna feferónka a celé sa to topí v oleji a mastnote moc nepoteší. Tá chuť je ale nezabudnuteľná na celý život. Žena zvládla 1/3 kúska z jedného trojuholníčku, ja som sa snažil a skoro som ho dojedol (trojuholníček), ale keď ma začalo napínať vzdal som to. Ak by som si kúpil v obchodnom reťazci tú najlacnejšiu mrazenú pizzu a začal ju žrať priamo z mrazáku takú aká je, bola by to pochúťka od svetového šéfkuchára oproti tomu. Len tak na okraj spomeniem že na olejničkách majú hore zaschnutú vrstvu špiny ktorá ako taký hnedý prstenec zdobí každú jednu. Vráťme sa ale k tomu skvostu ktorí mi doniesli. Viete čo povedal čašník po tom čo som niekomu prvý krát v živote oznámil že ten hnus jednoducho nezaplatím, pardon, ja som slušne poprosil účet na dve pivá bez piz(č)ze, teda až sme dostali účet? Hádate správne, žiadne ospravedlnenie... „nechápem čo tej.... bolo, dnes bola na rajóne 10x“ a ešte „dopite si pivo a odíďte“. Neskutočné, mal naozaj šťastie že som tam bol zo ženou..... No ale mal som tú česť spoznať ten najhorší podnik na svete a vedzte že zlé jedlo sa zjesť, pizza v Bella Napoli na drevenej 10 v Bratislave, vchod z obchodnej sa jesť jednoducho nedá. No nabudúce si pochutnám radšej na...
