We had a friends’ gathering at Grajska vinoteka with wine tasting, paired with an extraordinary selection of tasting platters, such as beef tartar, vitello tonato, bread, and some vegetarian picks included. The ambience was spectacular, we were seated outside in front of the castle borders, provided with the best city views. The staff was very friendly, whereby Oskar, who organized and presented all of the wines during our tasting, deserves a special mention. His outstanding effort of providing the most professional service and at the same time maintaining a relaxed and cosy vibe, and passionate explanation of the background of the wines we tasted, contributed to the best experience.

We stopped in today to try some wine and take a break from the rain around 1300. A guy came up to us at the door and, without even asking if we planned to get food, told us the bar didn’t have enough food for us nor did they have room. We awkwardly stood there for a second baffled because there was a table open in sight and we only wanted to sample wine and hopefully buy some to take home. As we turned to leave a guy stood up and offered us his table because he was leaving anyways. The restaurant employee again stated that there was no food for us and recommended we went elsewhere. We never told the employee all we wanted was wine because he seemed to have his mind made up that there was no...
