Livingroom lounge — Restaurant in Upravna Enota Ljubljana

I am writing to you regarding the repeated excessive noise coming from your establishment during late evening hours. Please note that according to Article 8 of the Slovenian Public Order Act (ZJRM-1), disturbing the night peace between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM is prohibited.

I kindly ask you to ensure compliance with this regulation and to prevent loud music or noise from your café after 10 PM, as it disturbs nearby residents.

I trust you will take this matter seriously and resolve it appropriately, since otherwise I will have to report repeated violations to the police.

The place has very nice and thought-out interior design, but the whole experience was worsened by the rudeness of the personnel. Not only the waiter was answering my questions without involvement (no eye contact, cleaning staff at the same time), but also the way how he communicated/acted was is he was doing me a great favor serving me the order. Additionally, the broadcast of a cycling competition was quite loud. Croissant is okay, normal. Coffee is nice, not bitter, nice taste. Service was wonderful. Really nice waitress. However… The establishment might want to rethink art choices, especially the art in the last room of the cafe. Not sure big breasts and derrières are what people want to see first thing in the morning.
