Zbornica burgers and pizza — Restaurant in Upravna Enota Ljubljana

This is in my opinion the best burger bar in Ljubljana rivaled only by Pop's place and Hood burger.

The ingredients are top notch especially the meat and bread (bread is from a famous bakery Osmica). The wide selection of burgers should satisfy anyone's taste.

They are now also offering pizzas which are frankly outstanding! This is in my opinion now also the top 5 pizza place in Ljubljana.

They have salads also and three different variants of fries 🍟 (Normal, Sweet potato and parmesan cheese), all of them are equally good and served with sauces.

They offer a couple good beers and other drinks.

The waiters are among the nicest I have experienced in Ljubljana and the service was top notch! They handle complaints very professionaly and you can tell they want the best food for the costumers! I have been there more than 20 times and was never let down. (Once the bread was not the best and they happily switched the old bun for a new one).

What really sells this place is the location. A hidden and beautiful garden right in the city centre with no other distractions.

So where to start 🤔 by my first visit was the burger very tasty and highly recommend. But now by my last visit it's not more so good, let's start with the good things, the restaurant has very kind and friendly employees 👍🏻 but the burger, OK the burger bun was great, without meat, sauce etc the bun had character and is very tasty, I recommend all burger places should have buns like that 👍🏻 let's come to the meat, the meat was tasty and had also character BUT it was not juicy for a medium grilled, also the burger patty was to hard in construction. The sauce had no character and taste, everything you taste is mayonnaise, the balance in the sauce is missing, for last the bacon 🥓 You can see it in the burger but you can't taste it, no taste, nothing, blend, So I would skip the bacon. What I can recommend by this place is a burger without sauce and bacon, you can't make...

We just ate at this restaurant. Was a little worried cause European burgers are just different than American burgers but I’m glad we decided to go. The burgers, the staff and the restaurant were GREAT!

There was a live band playing a mix of music...some popular American music new and old and various other music. The waiter offered my daughters some chalk and told them to go outside where there were outdoor tables and told them to color up the brick wall way. They loved that!

We received our burgers and we surprised at how big they were. The rib burger was to die for! My friend asked for her burger to be made well done but it was medium done. They quickly apologized and fixed it.

We had a great time and loved the atmosphere and feel of the restaurant. The staff was great especially our waiter. Would definitely come back if I’m ever...
