Dear restaurant manager! If you read this, I would suggest you to make multiple actions to raise customer experiences in this restaurant. First of all; it's really good to have a sink for washing hands for free of charge. But the water pressure is so high, that any time someone put their hand in front of the sensor, water splashes all over the place. Of course it requires way more unnecessary extra cleaning for the staff. Second of all; there is absolutely no problem having a toilet that's not free. Considering the fact that the area is heavily pedestrianised, and full of tourists, it can be expected that some customers only come to your restaurant to use the toilets. BUT it is a really nasty move to charge paying customers more money after they've spent some ordering food there. Third of all; a worker took away my tray, although there was an almost full cup of drink (which I wanted to drink of course). My suggestions would be the next; 》build in a valve at the sinks to control the tap's water pressure. 》reconfigure the toilet's paying booth system by it's software so if someone is scanning her/his bill/receipt, the gate should open 》I'm not a toddler that needs assistance. If I am finished, i will bring my tray back. There's no need for a worker to take it away!!! If these implementations are going to be made, I'm sure that your restaurant will meet McDonald's'es SLA again! Best wishes; An unsatisfied "customer"! BTW, I haven't payed the .50€ for using the toilet. Honestly you don't...
Read moreThis McDonalds is weird. They have table locators but they don’t bring food to the table. And since seating is on the first floor where you don’t see the monitor with orders (that doesn’t even work downstairs), i waited for a food for so long that when i finally went downstairs - my order was sitting there getting cold (cold cheeseburger is not very tasty thing to have). Later I noticed they’re just pilling up the orders on the counter in spite of crowded seating area with table locators.
Also - the toillet is 50cents even tho you ordered something. At least they have dedicated space to wash hands.
I really don’t understand what happened there. They weren’t understaffed. And they did take one order on the table downstairs.
Very very weird experince, and I thought that going to McD while traveling is “knowing...
Read moreWe felt completely deceived at this McDonald’s in Ljubljana. When we asked about the restroom, the staff member told us it was accessible with the ticket from our order — which is totally normal in many places. But after ordering and going to the restroom, we found out that it wasn’t true: you still have to pay to enter, even if you’ve just bought food.
Whether it was a communication issue or not, it’s completely unfair to make paying customers pay again just to use the bathroom. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, and charging for the toilet after consuming is something we’ve never experienced at a McDonald’s before. Disappointed and honestly, it felt...
