Like most other reviews we didn't check the reviews before ordering. Staff seem overworked and seem depressed on seeing a customer. Staff got our order wrong and said they will fix it. Food arrived with lack of cheese or toppings in general. The vegetarian pizza didn't come with the correct toppings. Chicken mushroom pizza came with and overload of mayonnaise. Apart from the food the seating area was dirty and tables never wiped. Please spare yourself the pain and don't order here.

Ordered my pizza at 17:47, got a phone call 50min later apologising for the wait. At 19:20 still nothing, so we phoned and cancelled our order. At 20:14 we get a knock at the door from a delivery man with our pizza. Regardless of our cancellation, we paid and took the pizza, even though it had been nearly 2 and a half hours since our order. The pizza tasted old, and woke up with an extremely upset stomach. Lost a customer.

First time visiting, not just South Africa, but debonairs pizza too. My partner, who is South African, introduced me to this place and, in particular, to the meaty cram decker. Three times we ordered from this pizzeria, and each time, the pizzas were perfect. The meaty cram decker has got to be, for me, one of South Africa's hidden gems. Would I say visit Sandton just to try the debonairs pizza? Yes, yes I would.

First time visiting, not just South Africa, but debonairs pizza too. My partner, who is South African, introduced me to this place and, in particular, to the meaty cram decker. Three times we ordered from this pizzeria, and each time, the pizzas were perfect. The meaty cram decker has got to be, for me, one of South Africa's hidden gems. Would I say visit Sandton just to try the debonairs pizza? Yes, yes I would.

I walk into Debonairs Rosebank and the Cashier (her name is Talent) is on her phone paying little attention to me. I wait for her to finish before giving her my order. She greats me and I proceed to give her my order and everything was fine up until she asks me what flavor I want. I honestly didn’t know what she was talking about because I always order the same pizza and I have never been asked “which flavor do you want” so I proceed to ask her what flavors are there and she points out pizzas that I don’t know. At this point I thought to repeat my order and this lady give me serious attitude even saying to me that she didn’t hear me... I honestly didn’t have a problem that she didn’t hear me because it was just a miscommunication but her attitude was just bad from that point. Her attitude was so appalling that she turned her back at me and proceeded to talk to someone else while I was talking to her. I couldn’t believe it. Mind you she initially refused to apologize to me when her manager requested her to do so.

I’m so mad at the service I got!!! That Jabu lady needs training on how to deal with people. The fact that she got my order while I ordered a cram decker says a lot. Seems like she ready for me to get out of her face coz I don’t get how did she mess up such a simple order. And then she tells me she can’t give me my order coz I’ve already eaten the pizza she gave me! What was I suppose to do coz I was hungry and at work!! Yoh hai shem after I called to say my order was wrong she still gave me that be response saying she’ll refund me...

I am really trying to find the proper professional words to use for the state of the pizza that I ordered 23/01/2020. After ordering a meaty triple decker what arrived in that box was really appalling. I wish there was an option to upload photos to show the injustice of some of these things. What's worse is one is paying for this. I am utterly appalled at the level of service at this branch. Such shoddy standards.
