Service has really gone to the dogs .. Owner apparently is now the chef too ... Three weeks ago ..food was burnt . Decided to skip a few weeks because of it and decided we would try again . Disorganized chaos is the best description ..After 40 minutes of waiting for take aways and seeing other walk in's getting served at tables , I lost it ..Asked for my money back as I would go elsewhere and they basically ignored me ... and the other customers who were also getting agitated at having to wait . eventually I had to raise my voice and threaten to into the back ... and only then did the Chinese owner come out and told them to give my money back .No apology about the bad service nothing ! Last time I will go back there . I am also in the service business and you do not ignore your customers .If a client wants to see the owner , I go forward and resolve the issue . This restaurant has a lot to learn about client service .. Through the curtain we could see that it was chaos in the back .....
