육류를 너무 좋아하는 내가 무작정 끌고간 솔밭숯불갈비. 지도에 검색하면 주변에 많은 갈비집이 있지만 이 집을 가게 된 이유는 딱 하나 간판이 촌스럽고 오래되어 보였기때문이다. 간판에서 느껴지는 고수의 느낌이랄까. 예상은 적중했고 매장을 들어가보니 정말 많은 사람들이 가득했다. 젊은 사람들은 적었고 중년의 손님들이 많았었다. 그래서 더욱 믿음이갔다. 양념갈비 2인분을 시키니 곧이어 뜨거운 숯붗이 나오고 이윽고 고기가 나왔다. 양념갈비는 정말 자주 뒤집어 줘야하는데 난 정말 열과 성을다해 뒤집어가며 내가 정말 좋아하는 굽기로 성공적으로 구웠다. 다행히도 여자친구도 좋아하고 옆자리 손님도 고기 잘굽는다는 이야기도 나와서 기분이 좋았었다. 역시 고기는 일인분을 더 추가하고 냉면을 시켜먹어야 제맛이다. 이날 저녁을 정말 만족스럽게 보낼 수 있었다. 재방문율 300%

仁寺洞クラウンホテルの目の前。17時半に訪問。空いていました。豚カルビと韓牛カルビ、ビールを。素早く配膳されました。豚カルビも韓牛カルビも美味かったです。パンチャンの種類も豊富で良かったです。店員さんが焼き網に豚カルビを乗っけて何処かへ。どんどん焼けてきて、店員さん来ないのでひっくり返しましたが焦げてしまいました。焼いてくれるのか、自分で焼くのかはっきりして欲しい。ずっと向こうの接客していてこっち忘れたのか？でもまあ、美味い店ではありますよ。パンチャンにカンジャンケジャンが付いていたのは豪華だし。
