A large and very aesthetic cafe in Hongdae!
We came at 9:15 am on a weekday and there was no one else here. There are so many different bungalow styles to choose from, which comes with it's own retro game console, music player with headphones, and some other activities. This place has everything you could want for a perfect café experience. The private bungalows are ideal for couples looking to enjoy some quiet time, offering a cozy and intimate setting that’s hard to find elsewhere.
The ambiance is fantastic, blending a laid-back vibe with a retro aesthetic that makes the whole experience unique. They even have retro games, which is such a fun and nostalgic touch! If you’re into quirky, offbeat attractions, the small museum inside the café is worth checking out – it adds an extra layer of charm to the place.

This extraordinary place in the basement of one of Hongdae's buildings is a must-visit for anyone looking for a unique and relaxing experience. The space is decorated with a whimsical mural, swings, and tables, creating a picnic area that is both fun and inviting.
The swings are a great way to unwind and enjoy the atmosphere, while the tables are perfect for grabbing a bite to eat or catching up with friends. The mural is a work of art in itself, and it adds a touch of whimsy to the space.
Overall, Coconutbox is a hidden gem in Hongdae that is sure to please visitors of all ages. It is a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy a moment of peace and tranquility.
