Bibimbap restaurant. I often go there to have a lunch. Owner use fresh ingredients and changes kinds of special bibimbab everyday. This restaurant has one good point. If u look around Hongdae street, u would find there are no many ordinary type Korean dishes. Only for Korean bbq, sweet and salty high calorie food with drinking ( like fried chicken) or some kind Korean style exotic food. 여긴 ‘사람’보다 돌솥비빔밥이 우선하는 식당인 듯.

당당히 이름을 걸고하는 전문 맛집이라 기대하고 굳이 찾아 갔건만, 사장이신지 손님 응대, 아니 ‘사람’에 대한 예의 자체에 상식이하의 불쾌감을 주는 곳. 이름에 먹칠하는 격.

서둘러 멀리서 찾아 온 손님이 가게 오픈 시간을 묻자 면전에 대고 ‘네이버 찾아 보시면 나와요.’ 라는 인공지능 에러나는 소리를 함. 더 멀리 외국에서 온 관광객에도 그렇게 성의 없이 응대할 듯.

여기서 인간 취급 받으려면 네이버를 통해 주문을 하던지 영어, 외국어로 문의해야 할 듯.

This establishment seemingly prioritizes their stone pot bibimbap over basic human courtesy. Despite being a specialized restaurant proudly bearing its name, which prompted our deliberate visit, the owner's customer interaction—or rather, their fundamental lack of respect for human dignity—falls disappointingly below acceptable standards, tarnishing their reputation. When a customer, having traveled from afar, simply inquired about their opening hours, they were curtly dismissed with an automated-like response: 'Check Naver.' One can only imagine similar treatment awaits international tourists. It appears that to receive proper human consideration here, one must either place orders through Naver or inquire in English or another foreign language.

Dans cet établissement, le bibimbap en pierre chaude semble avoir la priorité sur la dignité humaine. Malgré sa réputation de restaurant spécialisé arborant fièrement son nom, ce qui nous a incités à faire le déplacement, l'attitude du propriétaire envers les clients—ou plutôt, son manque fondamental de respect pour la dignité humaine—est déplorablement en-deçà des normes acceptables, ternissant ainsi sa réputation. Lorsqu'un client, ayant parcouru une longue distance, s'est simplement renseigné sur les horaires d'ouverture, il s'est vu répondre sèchement, comme par un automate : 'Consultez Naver.' On peut imaginer que les touristes internationaux reçoivent un traitement similaire. Il semblerait que pour être traité avec un minimum d'égards dans cet établissement, il faille soit commander via Naver, soit s'exprimer en anglais ou dans une autre...
