I was excited to go here after a few years to introduce my girlfriend to the taste that made me fall in love with their mixed noodle dish. The customer service was not what I was expecting at all. When the food arrived the eggs were overcooked and the the noodles were so overcooked they fell apart on my chopsticks. This is the first time I have left a restaurant due to the food quality. We both ate one bite of noodles and only the meat and egg. We were discussing this when some staff, stopped me and I thought he would ask how we enjoyed the food, he instead told me filming video is not allowed for the food in the restaurant despite numerous youtube videos and posts on naver and google about them. We went to another restaurant instead. I'm very disappointed, I worked in the restaurant industry for 5 years and this was the worst food and service I have had. We both suspect the food was microwaved due to the weird texture. They are not even close to how good the food was 4 years ago. I know this comes off as a Karen, but I never complain ever. It was the worst...

If you’ve never tried “mazesoba” before, it’s a type of Japanese soupless ramen where thick noodles are mixed with rich sauce, minced meat, garlic, and other toppings. It’s bold, flavorful, and seriously satisfying.

As for my experience—mazesoba is naturally on the salty side, but the punch of flavor was so addictive that I kept thinking about it even after I left. I ended up visiting three times in just two weeks—that’s how much I enjoyed it. Of course, the taste was amazing, but I also loved the cozy, well-designed space.

At the end of the meal, they offer a small bowl of rice to mix with the leftover sauce. But honestly, the portion of noodles was bigger than I expected, so I couldn’t manage to try the rice on any of my visits....

Tried this Taiwan Mazesoba spot on a whim and I’m so glad I did. The flavors are rich, savory, and deeply satisfying – like a hug in a bowl. The noodles had the perfect chew, and the pork with the egg mixed together beautifully. Every bite had layers of umami and just the right amount of heat.

Portions are generous, and service was quick and friendly.

I’ve been to other ramen shops in the area, and they do not compete with this place, with all...
