What I Ordered: ☕️🍵 I ordered a Matcha Latte with oat milk due to my lactose intolerance. The matcha, while somewhat bland, paired well with the oat milk, which was quite good. However, I would have preferred a more intense matcha flavor. I also tried the coffee, but it wasn't to my taste.

The Service: 💁‍♂️ This cafe operates on a self-service basis. The staff are not only attractive but also knowledgeable and willing to explain the menu to customers.

Overall:🛍️ I think it is a good place to drop by, especially for matcha lovers who want to try...

I would expect a place called “Metcha” to have an expertise in matcha drinks, especially given that 50% of the menu is matcha-based…

Unfortunately, the matcha latte was awful. It was honestly the worst matcha I’ve ever had. It was way too hot and the matcha tasted burnt. We couldn’t finish the drinks and sent them back.

The only thing the barista said was “I’m sorry” - not the ideal response after spending W14000 on two drinks we took 2 sips of. After asking whether or not they could do something for us, she asked if I’d like her to remake it. I instead asked for two coffee lattes, which were much better. It was great that she gave us something else, but I think the customer service should have been more proactive. Had I not asked if there was something she could do, I wouldn’t have gotten...
