Restaurante Golden Beach — Restaurant in Adeje

Happy, friendly staff serving a mix of local, english and other dishes of reasonable quality. It's a cafe, not a restaurant, serving hot and cold dishes. A great place to watch the sunset during the evening as well as grab a snack during the day. My only reservation is that on one of our many visits there were cockroaches in one of our glasses due to the area being so crowded with food outlets. However, that hasn't stopped us returning several times. We really like the place and the staff and the food is of good quality for a cafe.

Situated between two sets of stairs leading either to one of the beaches or towards a small commercial area the location is crowded with food outlets, most of which are open fronted (therefore no individual outlet can control pests) with hawkers out front trying to tell you that THIER establishment is THE best. Let’s start with the food. We ordered cordon Bleu and chicken escalope. The food itself was good. When you set the price in proportion to the portion, it is a good deal though there are neither many fries nor salad as you can see in the picture. You cannot customize you meal for example I tried to get croquettes instead of fries. Not possible. The salad comes without any kind of dressing. The picture attached shows a mayonnaise tube which you need to put on your plate and the same goes for ketchup. It’s a little annoying since you need multiple of these packages. A bottle or something similar would be nice.

The service was super good. They’re super nice, friendly and funny.

The atmosphere is lovely. The sun was shining and music was playing in the background. I attached a video of the outside area.

Though the small issues I mentioned, I’d recommend this restaurant.

We have just arrived in Tenerife and decided to visit Golden Beach; what a fabulous first impression! We ordered a pizza to share plus a cocktail each and let me tell you, they were amazing! The pizza was so fresh and wonderfully made and cocktail really hit the spot (for €5.50 each too, you really can’t complain!). Then the lovely waitress who was serving us came and spoke to us after, asked how everything was and explained they only opened around 8 months ago and so are trying their best to make a good first and long lasting impression, which is exactly what they did.
