We have been here 3 times over our holiday. The last two experiences were lovely however today we went for the 3rd time and it was the worst experience weāve had on holidays. We were left sitting for 45 minutes waiting on our food as other people were coming in ordering and being served straight away. It felt like a case of weāve got their business enough now so we donāt care about them anymore which is DISGRACEFUL. My sister ordered two chicken breast and we only got 1 breast and one chicken on a bone. When we said it to the server he told us that he decided to give the bone as he āfelt like itā. We were also charged for drinks we did not have and when looking for the bill nobody would provide us with it, 3 people walked away from us at the bar when we asked for it. We are extremly unhappy and would highly discourage people to return to this place. So the bill should of been ā¬29 but charged us ā¬48 Euros, to which we complained and asked to see the bill and told him the beer was ā¬1.99 Not ā¬2.50 he basically ripped us off for four beers and a Duram which should of been ā¬29 Euros so people beware they are scammers. And the chicken is reheated from warm in 26 Degrees of heat not good. Will never eat or drink...

Burger was bland and the so called meat used was the cheapest just like a hotel snack bar. Fries were soggy and greasy and by the time the onion rings arrived they were swimming in oil. Service was slow and waited a good 30 minutes for food to arrive which however was that bad I didn't eat much of it. I asked for the bill and noticed there was a ā¬2 charge for using the salt and vinegar. I questioned the manager and he said it was a tip even though it had been itemised as condiments.
