It's funny, when you go to so many nice cocktail bars, they can all begin to run together. Suddenly you find your metric changing, and you look beyond balance and good service. What sets a bar apart? What makes it memorable? Beastiari has it. Walking in the door, it gives me grunge bar vibes, from the barstool seating, to the music, to the spray paint. But it is so much more.
