If it was possible, I would give this place 0 stars. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional from start to finish. When we first got there, we tried to inform them one of our friends was vegetarian. The staff walked away in the middle of us talking to them and did not listen to what we had to say. Then once we ordered, they made multiple mistakes in our order and when we told them so, they were extremely rude and tried to argue with us even when our order page clearly stated what we ordered and that they were in the wrong. Yet again, the staff was scoffing and walking away while we were trying to talk to them. They also did not bring out the food my vegetarian friend ordered and when we mentioned this to them, they tried to claim those items were already on the table when they clearly were not. They had a bad attitude the entire time and repeatedly would walk away in the middle of us calling them out on their terrible service. They brought out her food after we had already asked for the bill and when we told them that because she had not received her food and had to wait extremely long because they were being argumentative and dismissive for no reason that we would pay for 4/5 of us, they threatened to call the cops on us. Our experience here was honestly disgusting and I would warn others from coming here in case they experience the same. The food was also extremely bland and nothing special. Would not recommend even to my...
Read moreThe food is delicious! Is it the best sushi you will every eat? Absolutely not. But for all you can eat sushi I have been surprised every time at how good it is. The staff are all speedy runners: you wont learn anyone's name and none of them will talk to you but they come out of nowhere to drop off your orders or take your empty plates: some smile, others dont even make eye contact.
For anyone wondering how it works: once your seated, a server will activate the tablet on your table and you have the choice between a la carte or all you can eat. If you do all you can eat you are required to purchase one beverage per person. From there you can submit as many orders as you want, one or more items at a time (be careful not to order more than you can eat because there is a charge per piece that you dont finish). I will never skip ordering unagi nigiri. Their fried rice is definitely a serving to share but everything else is manageable sized.
Once you are done eating, you just check what table number you are at, walk up front, and check out.
My only negative about this place is that in the entrance room, it definitely smells fishier than a sushi place should, but it is only in...
Read moreWe visited this sushi restaurant recently and while the food itself was quite good, the overall experience was unfortunately ruined by the service.
From the moment we arrived, the waitstaff made us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than valued customers. No smiles, no warmth — just a cold, almost arrogant attitude as if serving us was some kind of favor we didn’t deserve. What’s worse, they were incredibly pushy about ordering drinks. We politely mentioned that we’d have drinks later, yet they kept interrupting our meal to insist we order something immediately.
When I finally asked for a coffee, the waiter flat-out refused and pressured me to order beer or wine instead. It was not only unprofessional, but downright uncomfortable. I’ve never been forced to order alcohol in a restaurant before.
This place seriously needs to rethink its approach to customer service. The kitchen is doing a good job, but the front-of-house staff are driving people away. Either invest in proper training or hire staff who understand what hospitality actually means.
Not recommended unless you’re willing to put up with rude, pushy service just to get...
