From the moment we sat down, Carlos went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He was attentive, quick with spot-on menu recommendations, and somehow always there just when we needed him without ever hovering. His warm, friendly approach truly made us feel like honored guests.

First, you will immediately sense that everything: from the chairs, the handles, the napkins, the layout of the kitchen, was extremely well thought out. A well designed space just multiplies the enjoyment of any experience. Second, we got to interact with so much of the team- Rose, Mikaela, Chef Akira, Chef Luka, some of the other Chefs whose names i unfortunately cannot remember, and Bartender Elan (i hope i am spelling that correctly). You could sense the love and appreciation for all things food, all things wine, cocktails and hospitality. Third, we let Chef Akira choose for us… and each dish was more delicious than the previous.
