I wouldn't lie if I say that this is probably the best place to have a hot chocolate all over the city. It is thick and creamy made up of pure cocoa. They have many different ways to prepare it, and several different toppings to add it. Specially recommendable: the Suís (cold whipped cream over thick hot chocolate) but if you're not sure what to order, do not hesitate to ask the waiters, they are charming and willing to help.

Customer service was really bad 😔. Xavi did not listen to what I wrote him. I just wanted a simple cake with birthday wishes and the name of the person. Quite simple... But he did not listen or maybe the customer service is just not his priority. Will not ever go there again.

Communication is key. If you are not able to write down 2 simple words on a cake, just say it. Nobody will be mad. But dont say you will do something and then we pay 30 Euros for something that you "forgot" to communicate. Just think more about...

Lugar de la visita: Xocoxavi Fecha de la visita: 22/04/2017 Paseando por la zona decidí consultar en Tripadvisor donde podía desayunar, y escogí este establecimiento. Acerté de pleno. El local tiene unos techos altos, lo que da luminosidad y amplitud visual, una buena iluminación, decoración sencilla, varios expositores con productos para su venta, mesas con sus sillas y bancos corridos, y una gran mesa cuadrada con taburetes altos, donde puedes desayunar con distintos comensales ajenos a tí, con lo que si se tercia puedes iniciar conversaciones con ellos. La especialidad del establecimiento es el chocolate con infinidad de combinaciones, las pastas y los creps, si bien también hay una buena selección de bocadillos en la carta. Decidí desayunar un café con leche, que estaba muy bueno (1,50 euros) y medio bocadillo de atún, con un pan excelente (2,50 euros), es decir un total de 4,00 euros por el desayuno. Es una pena que no tengan ofertas combinadas para desayunar a precios un poco más económicos. Me parece que la persona que atiende es el propietario, o uno de los propietarios. En cuanto a los aseos, son grandes, están muy limpios y no falta ningún producto, si bien yo NO pondría toallas para las manos (por cuestiones higiénicas, ya que no sabes quién se seca las manos y en que condiciones se las seca), en su lugar pondría toallas de papel o secador eléctrico de aire caliente.
