Pizzería Osare — Restaurant in Cádiz

I wanted to ask if they have place for 1 person and an English menu. He did not even look at me for about 1-2 minutes, and if I hadn't said finally anything he would have kept ignoring me for ages. He finally showed me a place, but this time it took him 10 minutes to bring the menu. It was raining, I asked if I could sit inside , he said something like no and took the menu back with him. Finally another worker helped me but she wasn't taking orders, so she referred me to the same man again. The guy is at the table of the people who came after me, the food has already arrived, the drinks are being refreshed, he goes to the kitchen, comes back, visits the same tables again, and completely ignores me. Finally, I couldn't stand it anymore and I made the hour sign, and he came to me, accusing me and talking about respect. On top of that, he brought my order wrong, and again I was the one to blame. As soon as I finished eating, he pulled the plate away from me, said he wouldn't take money, and showed me the door. This is the first time I encounter such nonsense. Was the place crowded, no, or our sense of crowdy places are different. Sorry, there is no explanation for his behaviour. Such disrespectful. I see i am not the only one complaining about it. This was one of the better places for pizza. Now, after the pandemic, it has gone downhill. I've been here twice already in 2023 and each time was worse than the first. The service is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! The staff doesn't know the menu, the wifi name, what is available and what isn't. It isn't until after you order someone, other than your server, will come by tell you whT you ordered isn't available. The menu is only available via an app that never connects, then you are told by your server to use the restaurant wifi which they don't know the name or password to use. I ordered a specific beer and was told they didn't server, even though they had a bottle of it on display with all the other beers they serve, then a couple walks in and orders the same beer that I wanted and it was served to them. If you are a foreigner stay clear of this place as they have no respect or obvious need for our business. This place is a real shame because it really was a great place to meet eat and drink! There were two of us.

One of us is a native New Yorker whose mother was raised in Little Italy and Greenwich Village and one of us went to college in Italy.

We ended up ordering three pizzas which gives you an idea of the size of the pizzas.

The flavors were adequate.

Either the oven temperature could not keep up with the number of pies being ordered or the dough could have used another 30 to 45 seconds in the oven.

The server had the personality of a cardboard pizza box that sat in the fridge overnight.
