I recently had the pleasure of dining at this fabulous hotel, and I can't stop raving about the extraordinary experience I had. From the moment we walked in, Alberto’s warm welcome set the tone for the evening. His exceptional personality radiated genuine warmth and hospitality.

What truly set this dining experience apart was the host's impeccable recommendations. They seemed to have an innate sense of what would delight our taste buds. Each dish they suggested was a culinary masterpiece, and we savored every bite. It was evident that they were passionate about food and were eager to share their knowledge to enhance our dining experience.

Not only did our host excel in recommending dishes, but they also had an incredible knack for ensuring that every table in the restaurant was taken care of. Despite a bustling evening, they managed to make us feel like the most important guests in the room. Their attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service were truly...

Absolutely amazing! Everything here was perfection. From the atmosphere to the food and service, I was very impressed with this restaurant! Every bite of food was delicious! Dinner menu doesn't start until 8pm, so I tried the tapas menu beforehand (there are only 4 options and drinks). The bao buns were top notch. One order came with 2. Then for dinner I got the ceviche and chicken thigh skewers. Both were incredibly flavorful! I was very hungry so the portion sizes would have been too small on their own, but I ate both and that was a good amount of food. They also had variations of the pisco sour which I preferred (a pineapple flavor and a mandarin flavor I believe). Both were very good.

Overall, like I mentioned, you MUST go to this restaurant if in Madrid. Pricey? Yes. But worth every single penny for the vibes, atmosphere, service, and FLAVOR!!!! Love love...

Arrived at the roof top bar and was told no tables were available, although the manager came and changed his mind and we were escorted to a table. The roof top was pretty empty and there were a lot of free tables.

The waiter served us quickly and he was very kind. Didn't see him again and unfortunately we weren't asked if we would like to order more drinks/food.

As the sun was going down we were trying to watch the sunset from the corner of the building and another member of staff invited us up to the pool area where it was an even better view. We were then told we could enjoy your drinks there if we changed our glasses, which was no problem. As soon the glasses had been changed, we were then told the place was only for hotel guests.

All of this made us feel super uneasy as it was very clear we were not welcome at this roof top bar.

Will for sure not return...

Nice rooftop restaurant inside the Edition Hotel Madrid. One can sit inside or outside. We decided to sit outside in the balcony. It had water mist from the ceiling to cool us as the weather was incredibly hot. We had oysters, and chicken Bao. The money from lunch did not have anything Peruvian in nature even-though it supposed to be. Perhaps that is for the evening. It can get really noisy as the rooftop pool is next to the restaurant. Also there was a live DJ playing techno music for everyone in the rooftop. Oysters were good. The Chicken Boa buns were ok, it did not have a lot of flavors.

Loverly place. Nice rooftop restaurant with a very interesting and different menu. While Peruvian it actually borrowed from a range of cuisines and will guarantee a unique dining experience. The cocktails are fantastic. Food was great , only complaint was the steak was a bit tough, for our liking, but in general food was unique different and very tasty. One suggestion for improvement is explaining the outside versus inside rooms in the booking system, or providing a photo of the two options on the website. We moved to the outside as by the evening there was a nice cool breeze.
