Hard Rock Shop — Local services in Madrid

Alert to everybody buying stuff at this place! It may happen that not everything you pay for is packed! I just found out when coming home from our trip! Here's what happened: We were at the Hard Rock Café Shop on October 16th 2024 and bought several Hoodies and T-Shirts for 422€ Euros. The guy at the desk had some stuff already packed while we were still looking for a third T-Shirt to get the special discount. I payed everything I had picked, but unfortunately not everything was packed 😤. I should have checked the already packed bag at the store! Too bad I didn't. The photo shows the missing T-Shirts. Two of those were not packed! Funny that I made a photo of it. I sent it to my sister at home to ask her if she wanted to have one of those. And she did, that's why I bought two of them. One for me, one for her. I just called the Hard Rock Café Hotline, but there is nothing they can do about it, but talking to the guy who sold us the stuff. His name was on my receipt. Unfortunatelly after more than 10 years visiting Hard Rock stores around the world today is the first time I'm writing not to praise you about the good service and kindness received from Hard Rock employees all the other times, but to complain about a situation. I'm visiting Madrid with my parents and we've bought some t-shirts as always to make gifts for family and friends and, of course, to make a good gift we've asked for some bags to delivery each t-shirt on its bag. Simple paper bags. It was ok, we've had already the bags, but suddenly the "manager" of the store appeared and said we had to pay for each bag. And said that in a bad way, laughing in our faces. They made us feel bad. It was very different from other times we visited other stores, when employees welcomed us with pleasure. This time was sad, frustrating and disgusting. I was expecting a Hard Rock Cafe, but it was only a store of merch. When I went there, the merch was including the "Messi" Campaign. The store is short, in the first floor (what made us not recognize it's position immediately) and is what you would expect from a Hard Rock Store. You have from t shirts to cups and magnets. All the items have the Hard Rock quality and price. Of course nothing was cheap, but that's important to the brand. To end, I really digged the electric guitars exposed.
