What a lovely place! Our first time in Madrid and we fancied some comfort food. We went to this restaurant as we were interested in all of the different pasta types and sauces. We ordered some focaccia bread to start which was delicious. Then 2 pasta dishes. 1 with ragu sausage and burrata which was incredible and one with arrabiata. They were both delicious and so worth the money. Our server was lovely. She was so hard working as we could see that it was only her serving. We also don’t speak very good Spanish but she was patient with us and we all had a little giggle together! So warm and friendly in there. The interior is different, but it gave that Spanish / Italian vibe to the place. Thank you for a great experience. The price we spent for 2 people was also so affordable. Compared to what it would be in the UK!

I was hungry and didn’t want to walk far from my hotel, thought this place might be okay. I was wrong and I regret choosing this restaurant. It was huge inside and almost empty, there wasn’t anyone to greet me as I entered. The menu is also huge and with too much choice. I ordered a simple Italian dish but sadly it was horrible and I couldn’t eat it. There is nothing Italian about the recipe, and it was tasteless. The waitress was kind and friendly, asked what was wrong. I told her and she apologised, said that the meals are not the classic Italian recipe, they are more for Spanish people - whatever that means. I’ll never be back here and I would not recommend it either

We went here for Valentine's day and had a great experience. The building is beautiful. The food was new to me and everything I requested was delicious. The Pane de la Tagliatella was soft with a crispy exterior - each piece topped with toasted olives, tomatoes, or onions. The Lomo Cosenza came with pasta and (in one menu option) brioche bread. The pasta sauce was meaty and had a delicious sweetness blended in to the flavor. The noodles were beautifully shaped and soft but not at all mushy. The pork was covered in the same fabulous sauce and tasted splendid on the small bed of brioche bread.

No cuela, amiguitos.

Absolutely awful experience. Was my first ever night in Madrid and also my birthday so me and my boyfriend decided to go out for a nice meal to celebrate and we picked this restaurant out as it had beautiful decor and looked very respectable to the naked eye , but boy were we wrong. although the food was ok it was overpriced and served with awkward equipment. But this was not the the problem, although the female waitress was very helpful and nice, the only other server presumably the manager as he wasnt dressed in the uniform was absolutely one of the rudest men on earth. When we had finished our meal we asked for the receipt and he said ok and then continued to serve and get the money off of other people who had been there after we were. He completely ignored me and my boyfriend. We were very tired and just wanted to go home but we couldnt as he would not give us our receipt. He very much ruined my birthday meal and made me extremely angry and very unwated and uncomfortable.Would definitely not recommend although the female waitress was very helpful and...
