My family and I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. It began with a confusing and inconvenient ordering process, there’s no physical menu. You’re required to scan a QR code before heading to your table apparently because the Wi-Fi doesn’t work well downstairs. Even after scanning, prices aren’t visible until you’re already seated, which feels intentionally misleading.

The staff struggled to take our order due to ongoing connection issues, and it was clear they were frustrated with one even openly complained about the poor Wi-Fi. When our food finally arrived, one of the kids’ meals (a €28 dish) was supposed to be cooked medium. While the edges seemed okay, the center was clearly rare. I flagged this to the waiter, who offered to take it back to the kitchen to cook it further, something that is not acceptable in my eyes. If anything they should have suggested to remake the dish again not recook it. So unprofessional!

We refused and requested a discount, as the dish was partially eaten and not cooked as ordered. We thought this was a fair suggestion especially that they did NOT accept to remake the dish. The response? A flat out refusal, followed by a threat to call the police if we didn’t pay, all of this unfolding in front of my kids. When I tried to calmly explain our concerns to the management, they refused to listen. One staff member even became aggressive and started yelling.

We also noticed other guests having issues: two separate groups came downstairs, sat briefly, and left quickly. Another couple was arguing with staff about their bill as we arrived — they, too, left visibly upset.

I’m writing this review so others can avoid the same experience. The management’s behavior was unprofessional, the service was disorganized, and the attitude toward customer feedback was downright hostile. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst restaurant experiences we’ve ever had.

went on a sunday night at around 10pm hoping to get a nice dinner after being attracted by the beautiful decor of the restaurant. But the service and food offered was extremely disappointing.

The appetizer (nachos cheeseburger) and steak took 40mins to come. Their steak was tough and hard to bite. One of the worst steaks i've ever has.

However, the steakburger original was the most disappointing out of everything. After we finished the steak and nachos, the steakburger was still not served. We asked the waiters to check if the burger was coming soon and they kept telling us to give them a moment. However, nothing was being done despite us asking several times. Hence we decided to ask them to cancel our order and that was when they started to check. They then told us that it will be served soon but it was clear that there had been a miscommunication between the service crew and the kitchen as i saw the waiters gathered infront of the ordering screen and going through the order.

Instead of admitting to us about the mistake and apologising, they decided to just lie and tell us that the burger will be done soon. After several minutes later, we could not wait any longer as it was very late and we were all really tired of waiting already, hence we decided to pay. That was when the waiter finally served us the burgers but it looked like it came straight out of the dumpster, the patty was not even aligned with the base of the burger and looked like it was just thrown on last minute. We ordered for it to be medium but it came well done, the patty was so tough and the buns were soggy and squeezed flat. I have never tasted a burger this bad.

Furthermore, none of the waiters even bothered to apologise. This is the worst dining experience i've ever had and I am utterly disappointed to see such a low standard coming from a restaurant that claims to have the...

Place feels like entering a club. Literally had a bouncer at the entrance asking for your reservation. You then walk down and wait on a sofa to be seated.

Once inside there is electronic music. Strange ambiance. However the decor is modern and the place was very clean.

Service is not very friendly but was prompt.

We had chicken wings appetizer with their brava sauce which were tasty. Like a spanish style buffalo sauce with pimentón.

Mains were 2 burgers. I had the original. Beef was dry and very smoky. Lacked salt and maybe some sauce. Ok but nothing special.

My partner had the La Burger. Burger arrived open in 2 parts. Bottom bun with the patty and the top bun with the toppings (lettuce , tomato, caramelized onions, etc) Bun was drenched as the burger was assembled incorrectly. Lettuce and toppings on the top bun and the very juice beef on the bottom. It probably sat for some time as it was quite soaked and soggy. The top bun was also wet and soggy.
