Don't eat here unless you have all day to wait. I went in to get a croissant for breakfast to take out. The server had three people in front of me that were sat down at tables already. He was slow. After 5 minutes I asked if he could hand them to me in return for no change from my 5 euro note. He refused telling me to wait (in English) and that it would be a while. I politely asked again if he could hand one to me for the 5 euros. Again he refused, but then asking why I thought I should be served in front of others. I started to walk out so he verbally abused me in front of everyone, I guess he doesn't like English speakers, tourists or people that walk in off the street. If you are a coffee lover, this is the right place. They have a large selection of coffee, infusions and tea which are prepared very carefully. The food is good with fresh and high quality ingredients. I recommend the shakshuka for the brunch menu. My only comment is that is a bit overpriced for the size of the dishes, considering the fact that they mainly consist in eggs and bread. I’d like to have a larger selection of sides besides salad and potatoes. The service is great, very friendly staff. Para empezar, es un local en el corazón de madrid en una calle muy acogedora. Cuando llegamos nos presento Yanina y con una sonrisa nos pregunto que querríamos tomar. Como lo habitual cuando salimos nuestro aperitivo es un mojito y pedimos dos. Usaron ron blanco pero no quedaron cortos con la lima, bien elaborados.
Bajitas ecologico, papel higencio ecologixo y servitas ecologicas.
Decidimos escoger el plato de las empanadillas, los finger de pollo, la pasta boloñesa y el entrecot de ternera y como postre el torrijas.
Las empanadillas se ven que están hechas caseras con un sabor distinto a lo habitual. Por lo tanto es muy rico.
Los finger de pollo son igualmente caseros bien elaborados con unas migas de pan crujientes con un toque extraordinario de salsa.
La pasta boloñesa ha sido fresca y con un toque alegre de sal y pimienta.
El entrecot ha sido uno de los mejores que he probado en mucho tiempo, bien hecho a su punto con rúcula, tomate cherry y queso padano.
El torrija ha sido bien elaborado pero me fuise preferido pedir otra cosa ya que me gusta mas el browin o el tiramisu.
El local dentro tiene un diseño innovador con un aspecto limpia y alegre, es como escapar de su tipica restaurante madrileña y escaparte un ratillo en un paraíso.
Los cuartos de baño tienen acceso minusválido, limpio y amplio.
Una terrazcita acogedora donde aceptan a los perros.
He agradecido encontrar este sitio tan acogedora en un ciudad tan movidita.
