Living in the area and being burger enthusiasts we wer every keen to try this spot. Let me start by saying that the service is wonderful, very friendly and helpful staff, furthermore the ambience is unique but very nice. Great music and it has a modern clean feel, mixed with a bit of hominess. Loved this! The open kitchen is a nice touch and its lovely to see the work that goes in.
However there is 1 big issue, the portions are way too small for the price. I understand that very high quality beef and other ingredients are used, however at 15 euros for a menu it is just not worth it in my books. The burger itself is fantastic, amazing flavour, simple yet elegant. Pickles are delicious too. The chips however are average, a very basic thin salted chip and nothing special. You need at least 2 or even 3 burgers per person if you want to feel satisfied, and no matter how good the burger is, but I can't pay 15 euros to be left hungry. Once again we understand the pricing, however we just want to warn that you can't expect to be left satisfied with just 1 burger.
In short, great staff and ambiance, you can tell a lot of work has gone into the place. Amazing quality of meat. However at 15 euros for a menu where you are left hungry, it is too expensive. I wish this place well as I know they have just opened, however there is still...

The buns, “coco de patata” from a local bakery were soft, airy — the perfect vehicle for the patties. The meat was hand ground from three different cuts of beef for the perfect ratio of meat to fat, smashed on the griddle to form a seared, salty crust.
This was the best burger I’ve had in my life.
The kitchen is out in the open and the owners could not be more kind and welcoming. Will definitely come back next time we’re...
Read moreThe meat patties lacked a seared surface and were unfortunately unseasoned. I have no idea what meat blend it was or how much fat they contained, but they mostly just tasted of fat. The bun was basically decent, but got ruined and turned soggy from all the fat, both from the meat and the sauce. The fries could have been fried longer; otherwise they were fine! To stand out as a “premium” burger, and considering the price, this place unfortunately gets a 2 out of 5. And that’s with McDonald’s being a 2.5 out of 5. Maybe my standards are high since we’re spoiled with good craft burgers in Stockholm, but this one was unfortunately way below par. The potential is...
