Having looked forward to tonight for weeks we had the worst night and treatment ever in a restaurant. On arrival we were told our table wasn’t ready - not an issue so we asked if we could sit at another table to wait that was vacant -they allowed and served us drinks and menus - our table ordered more wine and showed no sign of leaving or being asked to vacate. The people arrived for the table we were sat at but they were early and so asked to wait. They were told the table we were at was theirs ! Then another table didn’t like their table and so they moved them to our table and asked us to nice to their table - the worst table ! We questioned it and got all the excuses - but then the German who was next at the table we were sat at came and started to have a go and swore at me - the restaurant allowed all of this to happen ...... and the man was allowed to come and stand at our table with no mask on ranting. Read moreStagier is an absolute must-visit for anyone who appreciates fine dining in a vibrant, intimate setting. This small bar delivers a truly exceptional culinary experience that stands out for its sheer creativity and phenomenal taste.
The food is the undeniable star of the show. Each dish is a work of art, both visually and in terms of flavor. The creativity is off the charts, and most importantly, everything tastes absolutely delicious. It's a fantastic journey for the palate.
Complementing the incredible food is the service, which is both highly professional and attentive. The staff is knowledgeable and contributes significantly to the overall excellent experience.

Overall, Stagier offers a top-tier experience with its inventive, high-quality food and impeccable service. A true...

Fresh warm bread is served with smoked butter, which tastes like good scamorza. Smoked beef tartare is sublime. The chocolate desert is so so good, the combination of different textures and flavores really comes together: chocolate mousse with puffed rice and bitter coffee and hazelnut all fit together really well, and then finally pisco jelly with it's fruitiness and a little punch elevates it to another level. The only dish that was not right up my alley is tomato tartare. It was good, but too sour to my taste and a bit too much of it. Would be better if it was a half or a quarter portion offered as an individual tapas. Other than that, great experience, would definitely come again and try the other things...
