Aceviño — Restaurant in Puerto de la Cruz

Centrally located in the La Paz district of Puerto de la Cruz, Restaurant Acevino offers both outdoor and indoor dining.

The menu is rich in content with both small dishes, main courses and desserts, as well as a rich selection of drinks.

I chose to order fried pieces of pork with french fries. The food was served after about 15 minutes of waiting and had a somewhat boring presentation. The meat seemed to have been frozen, had a chewy consistency and did not taste so much. The french fries and salad were as expected, but the overall experience was only mediocre.

The service on site seemed efficient, but I missed a bit more commitment and interest from the staff. The price level appeared to be somewhat high in relation to the quality of the food.

Lovely little restaurant, the staff were super nice and accommodating, the waiter was really attentive to us, he gave us little hand wipes as soon as he saw us trying to wipe our hands, always checking to see if we needed another drink, without being pushy. We had a seafood paella for 3 people and when it came it was presented beautifully (Sadly didn't get a photo) All the ingredients seemed fresh and was really tasty and the cocktails we had were the best we've had our whole time in puerto de la cruz. We got the Steak Tenderloin for €22 which was lovely and served with Chips and salad. Don’t fall for the sign outside that says €13 T-bone, that is pork.
