Eat here at your own peril. Don't let the luxury facade fool you, this is a very questionable establishment. My best friend and I contracted food poisoning (severely) at the restaurant and the hotel's response (and general approach to customer service) has been woefully disappointing for a supposedly 'luxury' hotel. We went here for dinner and jazz on our second night, and had to leave midway through the jazz because I felt nauseous. I then spent the next 7 hours shaking and vomiting uncontrollably, and my best friend was also violently ill. I'm epileptic and having been seizure free for over 3 years, the food poisoning was so severe I had a seizure. Needless to say the food poisoning ruined the rest of our week long trip, we had to cancel the trips and reservations we'd made - no tapas or wine tastings for us. What really soured the already abysmal experience, is that this allegedly luxurious hotel treats customers with disdain and offers a level of customer service akin to a hostel, if not worse than. Firstly, when they were notified that we'd contracted food poisoning (and that I'd been so ill I had a seizure) they didn't even deign to follow up and call back. Multiple phone calls later and they contested that they'd given us food poisoning and were generally evasive and unwilling to accept responsibility (they unquestionably had - we were fine when we walked in and hadn't eaten anything since breakfast), no apology was forthcoming. They then lied and said they keep samples of every dish prepared and that they were sending said samples off to the lab (insulting that they think such blatant lies are even vaguely believable; how stupid do they think their customers are?). At no point was there any concern for the fact they'd poisoned us or ruined our holiday, they shirked all responsibility. They refused to reimburse us for our dinner and begrudgingly offered us a voucher, on the condition we sign a legal waiver - because they don't want other hapless guests to know they don't care about basic health and safety, or customer service. In truth, if I could give this place 0 stars I would. The fact that this hotel has 5 stars and handles serious issues so appallingly is laughable. They aren't fit to operate in the hospitality sector and I dread to think what the outcome would have been if an elderly person had...
Read moreI was so satisfied that I wanted to give 10 stars instead of 5. The decor of the hotel, the restaurant, and the decor are all outstanding. The food was delicious, and above all, the service provided by the staff was the best I have ever experienced in my life.
I dined alone for my birthday lunch, and everyone congratulated me, and I knew my new year was bound to be a great one.
The tuna and tomato salad appetizer was hearty and delicious. The combination of fresh tomatoes and moist tuna was refreshing and delicious.
The steak was perfectly cooked. I'm glad I went with the restaurant's recommendation of medium. It was thick yet tender and full of flavor.
The cake and wine I ordered for my desert was a perfect combination and very tasty.
The hotel staff listened to my wine preferences and selected a wine that was delicious and paired perfectly with the cake. I was happy to discover new and delicious wines that I would never have chosen on my own.
Thank you for your warm hospitality, kind words, wonderful smile, delicious food, and happy time. I will...

We stopped here for lunch during our stay in Seville, seeking a quiet pause between cultural walks and family adventures. The setting is everything you’d imagine from a former royal commission: Moorish arches, tiled walls, sunlight pouring into the airy courtyard. It felt like fine dining in a palace.
The food was beautifully presented — thoughtful in detail, balanced in taste, and rooted in Andalusian tradition. But what truly elevated the experience was how comfortable it felt, even as a family with a young child. We weren’t out of place; we were welcomed.
A sweet surprise followed: a dessert course that brought smiles to all of us, especially the little one.
This isn’t just a hotel restaurant — it’s part of Seville’s living heritage. And for those seeking a refined yet approachable fine dining moment, this is where tradition...
