Sagasta Brunch — Restaurant in Seville

Went here for breakfast and the service was absolutely terrible. It was so slow. Waited ages to just get some menus. It was very difficult to get any staff member's attention. We went at a quiet time so we expected the service to be much better.

It took 45 minutes to get some scrambled eggs & bacon. The table beside us had to get their own menus because no staff had gone to them after 20 minutes. They eventually left because the service was incredibly slow. I was very tempted to do the same but was starving by then.

If you are going to charge these kind of prices at least offer your diners some level of service. Waited some time for someone to take our order then took ages for the food to arrive. Our waitress was surley and unfriendly. If the wait staff spent less time joking and laughing behind the bar maybe the two other tables would not have got up and left after their food didn't arrive. This morning, me and my friends were in Sagasta where the waitress gave as the menu - pancakes were 5.5€. After we finished she gave us the bill were it said the pancakes are - 12.5€. She did not want us too see the bill. After we said that it is not the right price, she said that she told us previosly that this is the old menu and that they are waiting for the new ones to come.
