horrible service. We made a reservation and still had to wait because they didn’t have space for us. Then we waited for 40 minutes just to order drinks (and had to ask staff 3 times because they kept forgetting about us). We ended up waiting for over an hour just to get drinks, never mind the food.
There are exactly 0 vegetarian options (not even salads). And they’re not willing to make simple accommodations (like simply serving the pasta without the tuna).
The staff don’t speak any English but keep trying to talk to you in English even when you speak more than enough Spanish to order, which makes everything super confusing. And in the the server got our order wrong anyways, even though we went over it several times in English and Spanish to make it extra clear.
We ended up leaving disappointed and hungry. I do not recommend! Not worth the hype at all. A waste of...

We first ordered drinks and we saw them already prepared at the bar for 20 MINUTES, and not until we asked THREE times for them they brought them but the ice was melted and the cocktails were ruined. Then, they took another 20 minutes to take our order, and another 50 to bring it. The dishes were a DESASTER. The fish was raw and they brought the very worst part of it (the tail) which in many restaurants they throw away. Not only that but the portions were TINY. We left the restaurant with nothing but complains. The worst experience we had in Valencia, and completely OVERPRICED. PLEASE AVOID...
Read moreVine a comer con mi pareja para celebrar nuestro octavo aniversario, ya que nos conocimos en el ático del Ateneo en una fiesta, y nos parecía un lugar genial para celebrar uno de nuestros aniversarios. Nos ha encantado, el menú está a un precio estupendo (19.50 para no socios en fin de semana, con entrante, principal, postre y primera bebida inlcuidos), y la comida de mucha calidad, para mi gusto que soy de mucho comer advierto que las raciones no son grandes, pero dado el precio y la calidad del producto, sin duda es maravilloso y por supuesto se merecen las 5 estrellas. Las vistas son espectaculares, y tiene una zona de balcón abierto donde puedes tomarte algo antes, durante, o después de la comida.
Además quiero destacar la atención del personal, el camarero que nos atendió (no se su nombre, pero era un chico alto de pelo moreno y rizado), ha sido una maravilla, nos explicó todos los platos, nos recomendó acertadamente y a pesar de la mascarilla, se notaba que lo hacía con una sonrisa. Da gusto ir a restaurantes y que te atiendan con tanto cariño. Después pudimos conocer a Juan Carlos, que nos explicó como funciona el servicio de catering que hace la empresa, y también fue super agradable.
Todo estaba buenísimo, y quiero detallar que la torrija de horchata con helado de canela es una locura, y la carta de vinos excelente (el vino se paga a parte), nosotros optamos por el "Vicente Gandia Negro", que como siempre esta bodega se luce con la calidad de los vinos.
