Ben & Jerry’s Valencia — Restaurant in Valencia

I had been searching for Ben 'n Jerry's Cherry Garcia Frozen Yogurt, preferably, or ice cream ... food markets carry the brand, but not in their second most popular flavor: Cherry Garcia (the rating is according to Ben 'n Jerry's website). I would prefer their frozen yogurt, but happily settle for equally delicious (but more calorie-laden) ice cream. Then one day, I discovered that Ben 'n Jerry's has shops that we can either walk into or from which we can order for delivery.

They carry umpteen varieties of their ice cream in their renowned pre-packaged containers or will scoop the ice cream to go in disposable containers or cones.

I ordered three scoops for delivery and my Cherry Garcia ice cream arrived perfectly intact in a foam container that can go directly into a freezer. The scoops were pretty large. I used Glovo for the delivery service (Ben 'n Jerry's might have their own delivery service -- not sure) and I had the ice cream within 30 minutes of ordering it.

I've never been in one of the stores, but the one on Ayuntamiento in Valencia is very popular, in light of the queue of people I normally see...

Atendimento horrible del chico hoy 14/07, mi marido y yo llevamos nuestra hija de 3 años pasamos a por dos conos, le pregunté por dos sabores que solo estaba el cartel pero no el bote y contesta en un tono grosero que él tenía todos los sabores, en ese momento mi marido contesta una llamada de trabajo y el chico ya estaba preparando el segundo cono y le digo que como mi marido estaba en la llamada que mi hija y yo nos sentaríamos a tomar el helado y esperar mi marido finalizar la llamada para él pagar, además yo iba cargada de dos bolsas, él tuvo cero empatia, nosotras ya estábamos sentadas y mi marido al lado de pie en la llamada y él pide para otra clienta llamarme para pagar, voy y le digo q mi marido paga desde del móvil y zero empatia novamente entonces cogí mi billetera para ver se tenía algo de efectivo y menos mal que yo tenía 10€ le di y él delante de los demás dijo que yo pagara y después cobrara de mi marido. Me quedé súper avergonzada y chocada con cero empatia, estaba allí con mi hija, bolsas en las manos, sentadas delante de él y él hablando como se fuéramos criminales. Yo también tengo comercio en el centro de Valencia desde hace 10 años y es la primera vez...

The staff is very friendly,especially the young man "Gons".He helps customers well and is always willing to have a chat, with a broad smile on his face. He also speaks Good English. It is a must to enjoy those delicious ice cream ith added cookies that they sell. Also of good quality. Would say: Go like this and you will get 5 stars from me.
