I went yesterday with my friend to have lunch at Aoyama Buffet. We are from France and this was our second time trying sushi in Valencia.
The restaurant is in a good location with two parking areas close by. When we arrived, a friendly young man welcomed us and showed us to a table for two. Then he left without explaining anything. We were a bit confused because no one told us we had to order using a QR code.
A very kind young woman saw that our Spanish was not very good and came to explain everything in English. She helped us understand how to order and took good care of us.
After we ordered, the food came in about 8 minutes. She served us with attention and was very polite. The place is pretty and the food tasted very good.
The problem was that the service was not the same with everyone. When we ordered again, a different waiter brought the miso soup and put it on the table in a rough way, without a smile or a word, then walked away. We also ordered more dishes, but they did not arrive.
I ordered dessert, which came quickly. But as soon as we finished, another waiter started clearing our table without asking if we were still waiting for food. We told him we were, but our cutlery had already been taken away. About 18 minutes later, the missing dishes finally came.
Overall, the restaurant has a nice location, a beautiful atmosphere, and tasty food. But the service was disappointing. Except for the kind waitress who spoke English, the other staff seemed cold, with no smiles and no “thank you.” The food is worth it, but the service...

Fui a valencia para experimentar las fallas y se me antojaba sushi y este lugar me hablaron muy bien de él en cuanto a su precio/calidad y además de que estaba cerca del centro.
La verdad que el local se ve muy nuevo y bonito, cosa que da un plus ya que comer en un entorno acogedor siempre se agradece.
Respecto a la comida, todo estaba delicioso, no será un estrella Michelin, pero si tienes antojo de sushi asiático, este lugar cumple perfectamente con ello. Tienen gran variedad de rolls y platos calientes que no hay en otros sushis (vivo en Madrid y todos los sushis que hay tienen la mismísima carta y uno se cansa de ver lo mismo en todos los lugares). Lo mejor la verdad los rolls, son bastantes diferentes a lo que suelo estar acostumbrado y como ya mencioné, un cambio está muy bien.
El servicio fue muy correcto, nada más sentarnos nos preguntaron por las bebidas y nos la trajeron al instante. Fui con un amigo que era celíaco y nos avisaron sobre qué platos puede tomar y cuáles no, cosa que agradecemos aunque también debería de especificarse en la carta. La comida salía muy rápida y se notaba que todo estaba hecho al momento, por lo que no entiendo las reseñas respecto al servicio lento (hice mi investigación antes de acudir al local para saber qué es lo que me espera). Al pedir la cuenta lo mismo, rápidos y eficaces, por lo que uno aprecia eso cuando va con prisa o tiene poco tiempo (que es mi caso). He estado en restaurantes más caros que se supone que el servicio debería de ser excelente y me hicieron esperar más de media hora para la cuenta y eso que se lo dije al camarero más de tres veces.
En cuanto al precio, me parece muy asequible para un buffet. No quiero criticar ni nada pero todos los sushis de Madrid como el Sumo entre muchos otros, por la noche rondan los 28+ euros y la calidad es muy mediocre para lo que pagas. Aquí el menú es un poco menos y lo he disfrutado muchísimo más que los sushis de Madrid.
En general, experiencia muy positiva, repetiré sin duda en la poca estancia que tengo en Valencia. Por ubicación, precio y calidad, la verdad que es inmejorable para alguien que le gusta el sushi y quiere comer...

Great restaurant. Lovely waiter and the food just keeps coming! Sashimi is thinly sliced but you can ask to just have salmon which is what we prefer. Plenty of hot choices as well and dessert is included. (Black sesame, green tea, red bean, vanilla or chocolate ice cream, chocolate"Fritos" which are spring roll pastry wrapped around chocolate and fried, or profiteroles.) A lovely meal. It isn't fancy, the restaurant is manned predominantly by mandarin Chinese speakers which is the case in a lot of big cities so let's not have qualms about authenticity but its a great Japanese all you can eat for the price and...
