This is an amazing place with great food, and excellent and attentive service. Best restaurant in Valencia for grilled meats!! The grill is wood fired, just like in Argentina, and all the meats are cooked over the ambers. Perfection!! We have already being there a couple of times and the meat is outstanding. Better quality and more tasty than most expensive steakhouses in the USA. The selection of wines is excellent and the wines are stored in a wine storage at cellar temperature which is perfection. We started with grilled mollejas (sweetbread) and they were amazing we don't remember this level of quality in Argentina where they are a popular appetizer. We also shared the grilled provolone cheese and it was another amazing dish. The chorizo (Argentinian style sausage) was also perfection. The bife the chorizo (similar to a NY strip) was also amazing and grilled to perfection. To close this amazing dinner we shared the "panqueques de dulce de leche with ice cream" grand finale for the dinner!! A shout out to Conrado the grill master for the great job he does on the grill. These are the problems we encountered: We arrived and they claimed we cancelled our reservation, when we had not and proceeded to bother us during our meal about this. Some of the waitresses were not very professional The presentation of the food was unappetizing The taste of the food was disappointing They asked us to leave because they had other customers waiting for our table, even though we had just finished eating and have not been occupying the table for long. The food was cold. As you can see, we were unsatisfied with our experience especially since we have had prior pleasant experiences at the restaurant. After many years of coming here, i will not be coming again after this visit.

I’ve been a chef for 18 years, and I’ve never felt so ripped off in terms of price. Moreover, this cut of meat is a lower-quality piece, not a ribeye or filet, which are much more premium and therefore more expensive. I’m not questioning the quality, as it was very good, but when a table requests a piece of meat for 4 people, make sure to serve enough side dishes for everyone. Potatoes aren’t expensive... neither are peppers... and a small sauce with a piece of bread doesn’t seem like too much to ask for 77 euros!!!
1.5 kg raw, minus the 15 to 20% loss during cooking, minus the bones and fat, there’s barely a kilo left, so that makes it 77 euros per kilo. We won’t be coming back, and we left still hungry, having paid 89 euros...
