Sushikosbi — Restaurant in Valencia

We went to SUSHIKOSBI and had tempuras and rolls. Whereas the atmosphere is fantastic, both the food and service lacked in quality. After waiting for our drinks about 20 minutes, we were informed that they were one person short and therefore our drinks were served late. We waited an additional 40 minutes for our food and had to go and ask for it. This is not good enough. If a restaurant is short in staff (which can happen and does happen) the least you can tell the customers upon arrival is that there will be a significant delay in service and ask if they are prepared to stay anyway. We really like the atmosphere but the sushi is simply not delicious enough for a return. In particularly not for the cost which does not match the quality. Hace unos días visité "Sushikosbi" y mi experiencia fue simplemente maravillosa. Desde el momento en que entré, el ambiente elegante y moderno, con una encantadora decoración en madera y cuadros de peces, me transportó directamente a Japón. La combinación de estos elementos, junto con la iluminación tenue y la música ambiental, creó un entorno tranquilo y relajante, perfecto para disfrutar de una cena especial.

La comida fue, sin duda, el punto más alto de la noche. El menú ofrece una amplia variedad de sushi, sashimi y platos japoneses tradicionales, todos elaborados con ingredientes frescos y de la más alta calidad. Probé el sashimi de salmón, que estaba increíblemente fresco y delicioso, y el roll de maguro spicy, que tenía el equilibrio perfecto entre sabor y textura. El nigiri de anguila fue una auténtica delicia, y el mochi de banana y chocolate de postre fue el cierre perfecto para una comida extraordinaria.

Pero lo que realmente hizo especial la velada fue el servicio. Quisiera destacar particularmente a nuestro camarero, Georgi. Desde el principio, Georgi se mostró extremadamente amable y atento. Nos recomendó algunos platos que resultaron ser excepcionales y estuvo siempre pendiente de que no nos faltara nada, sin ser invasivo. Su conocimiento sobre el menú y los diferentes tipos de sushi fue impresionante, y su habilidad para hacer sugerencias adecuadas demostró su profesionalismo y dedicación.

En resumen, "Sushikosbi" no solo ofrece sushi delicioso en un ambiente encantador, sino que también cuenta con un equipo de servicio excepcional. Georgi hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún más memorable con su excelente atención y amabilidad. Sin duda, volveré y recomendaré este restaurante a mis amigos...

I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who looks for a warm, calm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is very friendly, they respect the proper Japanese etiquette and they truly pay attention to the customers.
