Tony Roma's Aqua — Restaurant in Valencia

By far the worst place I have ever been! If I could I would give 0 stars!!!! One of the waiters was nice, but one of the female waitresses was just being rude to us eventhough she messed up our whole order! You know like rolled her eyes raised her voice etc. First all our drink order got messed up bad. After that we had to wait for at least one hour just to get food we didn’t even order (by the way the food was not even warm). As me and a friend of mine asked the waitress (after one and a half hour) if our food will be coming they told us they forgot. As we went to pay they even charged us sweet potatoe fries which we didn’t order as well. I hope a few people will read this! All in all i would definitely NOT recommend this...

I didn’t realize these were still around since you don’t have them in the states. Decided to pop in with a group of 5 and WOW. Took me back to my childhood. The ribs fell off the bone and the original bbq sauce was just how I remember it, AMAZING. Service was top notch! We were served by Gregorio and he was super kind and friendly. Got all of the orders right and even helped us keep the kids entertained by giving them special Tony Romas branded notebooks and pens. He made sure everything was on point and I will definitely be coming back thanks to him! I forgot to take pictures of the ribs because they were eaten so fast but I did take a picture of the salad I had which was an absolute surprise....

One of the top spots in Valencia! The food, atmosphere, and service are all truly exceptional. I ordered the ribs, and they were absolutely amazing—tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. It's also a big plus that this place is open during the day, which can be rare for quality dining in the area.

The interior is stylish and modern, creating a welcoming and comfortable vibe. The staff were sweet, fast, and incredibly professional—a real standout. I have to give this restaurant full credit: not only was the food delicious, but the service was just as impressive.

Highly recommended—this is easily one of my favorite spots...
