Well, I got back today, May 8th, and the service is still terrible. I had previously left a five-star review, but I ordered a salad and it was very bad and the other day I asked for a soup to be changed and they didn't want, I think you still have the same inept manager that brought me a chicken dish all burnt. What a shame that you still have awful people working in a restaurant of such excellent quality and especially this franchise that is in the center of Valencia. I am sending you photos of the chicken so you can see that it was inedible.

Bueno, aunque cambien la carta, sigue siendo un restaurante pésimo. Necesito que me digan el nombre del fotógrafo que editó las fotos de la carta, porque no tiene nada que ver con lo que luego te sacan a la mesa, eso si que es Photoshop del bueno. Pedimos el bowl de costillas, sinceramente, pésimo de verdad, el arroz seco, literalmente 3 costillas para todo el plato. Un huevo tieso tieso. Todo mal. Por otra parte el sándwich vips smash, fatal. ¿Brioche? Os digo yo que esto no es brioche. ¿Smash? Ni en Mercadona se atreven a vender esto como smash, vergonzoso. Ósea, pésimo el sándwich. Lo único bueno del restaurante, de verdad, la simpatía del camarero Luis. Un chico joven super profesional, simpático y con una sonrisa en la cara. La encargada, una chica vestida de negro, cada vez que entraba un cliente decia desagradablemente a sus compañeros: otra vez, no nos van a dejar. Luego, a unos clientes les ha recriminado que estaban todos los vips cerrados menos este local. Cosa que, entiendo que te moleste, pero si estás trabajando, no tienes que actuar así. Otra vez, agradezco a Luis todo el servicio, lo único bueno. No recomiendo nada este local, pésimo

This is a new location located in one of the most central and important streets of the city of Valencia, San.Vicente Martir street, very close to the Plaza del Ayuntamiento and the Central Market. A modern place full of light and very spacious. We have eaten the new desserts for the afternoon snack, chocolate cake with ice cream and lemon cake, very good and generous portions! Very good service and they make every effort to understand and please their clientele! By the way, an audience from what I could see, more international! I really liked the place ♧.-Este es un nuevo local localizado en una de las calles más céntricas e importantes de la ciudad de Valencia, calle San.Vicente Martir, muy cerca de la Plaza del Ayuntamiento y el Mercado Central. Un local moderno lleno de luz y muy espacioso. Hemos comido los nuevos postres de la merienda, pastel de chocolate con helado y tarta de limón, muy buenas y de porciones generosas! La atención muy buena y se esmeran en entender y agradar a su clientela! Por cierto un publico por lo que pude apreciar, mas internacional! Me ha gustado mucho el lugar ♧

Ordered 2 dishes. Chicken salad and ½ rack ribs with fries. Drinks arrived and were fine. Salad was great. Ribs, fries and rings came and were cold. Obviously prepared some time ago and then served up. None was edible. Returned meal and a newly prepared meal was brought 5 mins later. This time the fries were fresh and really hot. When I tried the "fresh" ribs they were cold, I mean out of the fridge cold. The sauce was also cold. Meal returned. Awful experience. Server was a lovely young guy. Manager served replacement but didn't come back after....

Spotted this vips out of the corner of my eye while on a walk with a celiac companion. From previous visits to another location we knew they have gluten free protocols for celíacs so we decided to come in. It had been a while since our last visit we asked our hostess Sofia whether they still have the same level of care for celiac patrons and she was very helpful in answering our questions.
