Kristall — Restaurant in Stockholm

We went there one night because I got a Let's deal code that included one appetiser and one main course for two people. The appetisers were amazing and we really liked the interior and the atmosphere. However, things went downhill from there. It took quite a long time for them to clear our plates from the appetisers and to bring out the main course. Before our main courses were finally brought out the waiter came by to tell me that the asparagus that was supposed to be included with my steak had run out and let me choose what I wanted to replace it (I chose more potatoes). Soon after I got my steak but it was overcooked and dry with potatoes that were not fully cooked (I only got the ones that were supposed to be included, I was told I would have to wait for the extra ones). After trying to eat this really bad dinner, I complained. The waiter was quite nice about it and let me chose whatever I wanted to replace it. I got a hamburger, hoping it would be quicker to prepare but it still took quite a while. When it finally got there it was really tasty with nice, crispy fries. My sister got traditional meatballs and mashed potatoes that were quite good if a little bland (she had finished eating this before I got my hamburger). Again it took a long time to clear our plates and we had to wait a long time for the check (we ordered extra drinks that were not included in the deal). Then we had to wait an even longer time for the waiter to bring the card machine to the table. Overall the food was a bit of a hit and miss and the service was really slow. Maybe kristall should be careful who it is hiring for security. Yesterday night they lost one of my two jackets in the wardrove, after paying 180sek to enter the place, the security guy of white beard kicked me out of the bar by force cos I was asking for my jaclet, not being this enough, when I was outside in the door asking for my jaclet again, he kick me in two different ocassions in my foot. These people do not know how to treat customers, they are unpolite, rude and they do not know how to solve problems. The more important thing is how he became agressive with me instead of helping me solving my problem (generated by them by the way). Luckily, the guy in charge (I guess) came outside to talk with us and he was helful in calming them down and allowing my to ask for my jacket, Which was finally found. If you pay such a fee you expect to have fun and that your belongings are safe, should I expect to loose my jacket every time I go??? You expect to be treated in a proper and non violent manner and if you face a problem the employees should help you...at least that is what valid and efficient employees should do. This has been reported to police with pictures of the night and witneses testimonies. Hoping some body in the company can teach them that having a uniforme does not make them impune to abuse of power And physical superiority. ...by the way...kicking you out while shouting you and your friends "you had to be spanish" (españolas teníais que ser) said by another security guy...give and idea of the quality of people...

On their instagram they posted ‘FREE ENTRY BEFORE 11PM’ so who wouldn’t not go? we get there before 11pm, and a 40kr entry fee… why not just say that the entry wasn’t free? 40kr isn’t even much so why lie about it? My friend tells the lady about it and then the obnoxious bald guy owner pulls my friend towards a wall. She wasn’t even shouting and was only talking to the lady behind the desk and pushes her out of the queue and shouts in her face. it was totally unnecessary to get verbally and physically abusive to a young woman who was having a normal conversation with his staff. we get in anyway, and the drinks are extortionately expensive. as annoying as that is, it was quite expected for Stockholm so i can’t really grill them for that. music was alright for a reggaeton night - typical stuff What i will advise others for is the awful owner, head bouncer - whatever his position is. just abuses his irrelevant power so even if you try to reason with him, he’ll just get violent with you unfortunately. It’s a shame as the rest of the staff there was actually hospitable and cooperative, so kudos to them (: I wouldnt go there again, there are better clubs in Stockholm that are worth the experience, even if they are...
