Vinvalvet 1644 Tapas Bar — Restaurant in Stockholm

We had a horrible dining experience. We ordered drinks and Tapas. The drinks came promptly. We had told the server it was our daughter’s 24th birthday and we were very happy to be there. What proceeded was a series of apologies and no food for over 2.5 hours. It was a disaster and we walked out after multiple broken promises to make it right. Do not give this place your business. After our order was misplaced, and initial apologies, we were written off as a sacrifice to louder complaints- which we heard and were addressed. If you go, and your order does not come, apparently you need to get loud and direct. We tried to be patient and understanding. That was a mistake. Do not waste...

I don't think I have enough words to thank the whole staff - I will just say thank you for being so friendly and helpful to have a wonderful dinner for 20 people!! The food was amazing: with meat, we had also vegetarian and vegan. The shrimps were so so gooood!! The red wine was also very good! As an usual customer, last week I had my birthday dinner at Vinvalvet, and as usually I had an amazing experience. The delicious vegetarian, meat and fish options were amazing, the location is super good, it is beautifully decorated, but above all, the service is incredible.
